  1. That's great, deserves better than to be a column on a betting site under a "#realfans" tab ffs
  2. Didn't a Liverpool fan warn us at start of season that whenever they went on a great run with Rafa there'd always be one inexplicable loss in the middle where they played terribly?
  3. All defenders involved in that should retire immediately
  4. Disagree with criticising the starting lineup, that team should still win the game, plenty of quality there.
  5. Been a bogey side for us for a bit, shouldn't happen but bleh not gonna win them all, still be fine
  6. Meanwhile in Scotland is one of those games where the commentators claim neither side can afford to lose concentration when in fact one team could probably all go to the bar and it still end 0-0
  7. On a pub which is for some reason showing the rangers game, good God Scottish football is rubbish
  8. Good for you Vlad first brave thing I've seen on an internet forum
  9. Yep, there needs to be strict safeguarding procedures in place throughout, I understood there are, but I may be wrong and don't know when they came in force.
  10. I imagine clubs nowadays will be a lot more stringent but it doesn't mean that people's natural deferment to authority isn't still going to let people get away with it, even if people with prior convictions can't get jobs.
  11. In any other real life situation, I would totally agree with you, but this is the FA and the have a ridiculously successful record in turning accusations into convictions, he's getting banned for sure. What is the burden of proof in sporting courts of arbitration? It's not beyond reasonable doubt as would be in criminal court, I think it's slightly higher than just balance of probabilities iirc but there doesn't have to be cast iron proof for them to convict
  12. Sickening stuff, the question now has to be was anyone at the club aware and covered it up, or were the club massively negligent in safeguarding the players under it's care.
  13. I propose a sunderland threadxit
  14. Hmmm think need to walk it back a bit, yeah his touch was frequently terrible and probably fair to call him more of an athlete than a technical player. I don't think he's quite as lacking in skill as you suggest and do think a lot of it is just rank stupidity more than ability but yeah he's not the most skillful
  15. The thing is he can he just almost always doesn't, it's not confidence or inconsistency either, he just can't be arsed. Or maybe that when he does suddenly produce a good display he looks much better than it is because of contrast with all the previous crap
  16. He'll probably fluke his way into being offered the west ham job and waltz into another 'fairytale reunion'
