i'd quite enjoy some varying it up but it's clear that integral to the rotation policy is that players have a very clear idea of how the formation works. It also has worked enough for no need for major tinkering. I do wonder what'll happen in premier league (well tbh I kinda know he'll stick to what he knows) but all these new 3-4-3 formations etc are kinda specially designed to take on the very standard old premier league 4-2-3-1 formation, so there may need to be flexibility.

they give away a lot of pens, opponents in their box a lot and not the best defenders not a good combination

Also constant posts about how big a club they are, not at all insecure...lol (they are to be fair a big club just a very sad state of affairs at the moment)

I have a celtic fan on facebook, I keep meaning to hide his posts except some sort of grim fascination, constant jokes at expense of Rangers and posts about how great Celtic are. I've spoken to him in real life about the league being very one sided and he has none of it, seriously thinks it's a level playing field and every year they just naturally rise to the top out of genius coaching rather than far greater resources etc. No self awareness. Apparently it will never get boring. (lovely bloke otherwise)

I normally hate people who suggest they personally could do a managerial job on the back of pub talk and forum chat etc but tbh I could win the league with celtic, I'm not even sure they even need a manager at all

Much as the club is in a positive place at the moment, I miss having a bonafide eccentric top lovely bloke like Jonas around, not saying all our lot are cunts right now or owt, but I haven't heard that many tales of our lot being so open and friendly to fans. (I guess Jonas also showed how our club rewards such players as well I guess)
