Absolutely agree, though think something needs to be done to bring down transfer fees in general, and the whole Man City having tons of players on teh books and never playing them with too high wages to sell...etc. Seems part and parcel of a big cleaning out of the transfer system and all the unintended quirks.

Yakubu is a bit of an odd one though isn't he? Plays great one game plays poorly the next, why Moyes lost patience (and that he'd long stopped bothering anyway iirc) wouldn't go down well with Pardew and I suspect he wouldn't like being second choice. Also despite his pretty decent scoring record...really don't like him. Just one of those players who doesn't seem as good as his record suggests and makes me think he'll stop scoring at any moment

Well it is I aggree really, fully believe you deserve whatever place you finish nothing more nothing less, can't know what would have happened if points had gone different in a specific game may have had different effects further down the league.

A fully fit Ben Arfa working as hard as he was will be fantastic. Reckon he'll tire himself out though, next season got to get the rotation right, Cabaye will work his socks off every game if Pardew lets him and he'll be struggling by final leg of season.

Slightly pissed off yeah but at least Everton were playing pretty well too. It was the points dropped against poor teams that's more annoying (in scheme of things off games are understandable though, we've had a great season way above where I expected), that's where we dropped the points that cost us the champions league, not away at an in form everton who can beat anyone imo.

Kicking always been poor, when we're playing great though usually Tiote will go and get the ball immediately so it won't matter too much. I can forgive him because every other aspect of his game is fantastic.
