While i'll agree the big sides are weaker than a few years ago but the likes of Sunderland, ourselves, Spurs, City, Swansea, Norwich are all much stronger...... The league as a whole is more competitive imo, but the top sides of a few years ago have gone down as shown by the likes of Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal are not as strong.

That's the thing, i dont think we can and if we can get Debuchy i would'nt think twice about it...... Plus i cant think of many LB's that are better than Debuchy and even if there are they are at the elite clubs already. Also as each week passes Santon seems to get better and better as much as it seems great to put him at RB thers no way in hell i think we should turn down the opportunity as having Santon and Debuchy as our fullbacks. Debuchy is better than Cissokho by quite a distance, also according to people in france Cissokho has'nt performed for a very long time.
