He is more complete than Sagna, provides a better attacking outlet and is better in possession than Sagna which is explained by the fact he started his career as a CM but Sagna is better defensively but doesnt mean he's crap defensively infact he is very very good its just thats the area Sagna excells in. As far as France goes it depends on what you want from a fullback..... they are both excellent but in different ways.

Also Swansea had all that possession because we let them....... how many chances did they actually create? I hate this possession obsessed world we are currently in, whats the point of passing it sideways and backwards all game? Carpet football is great but actually if a team takes risks in the final third and not passing it backwards and sideways all game long. I know we have already been through this but it pisses me off

I am not worried about Ba at all, he's not scoring yes but he's performing great( if we knickpit it could be argued he performed below par against Bolton and Swansea) but its impossible to perform great every single damn week its not like he's not scoring and offering nothing to the team.... The goals will come, i would'nt worry about it..... i was negative about his attitude a couple of week ago but i was wrong and must apoligise for everything i said about him..... saying he threw the toys out the pram etc etc.... He's a wonderful player, goals or no goals and a very important component to our front 3 without him it wouldnt work half as well.

Is it just me or has Lahm not being playing RB of late?... He certainly was against Real Madrid... Yh he is because Alaba is coming through and now they actually have a choice but like Santon.... Lahm can play both sides with relative ease..... Not saying Santon will be as good as Lahm at any stage lol, but he could be a quality fullback that can play both sides with relative ease. I have no problems keeping Santon where he is if the RB we sign is of genuine quality and Debuchy is of genuine quality.

I have not seem one LB on these pages that is anywhere near Debuchy...... if we can get Debuchy i would'nt think twice about it...... Would rather Debuchy and Santon as our fullbacks than Taylor and Santon or Nagatomo and Santon or any others.... It's not like Santon is incredibly uncomfortable and performs badly at LB either he could be our Lahm

If Villa stay up its Villa, Stoke and some random team for me next year..... but quite frankly its Stoke every year tbh.... Aye, Andrea Pirlo springs to mind as do many others As for Italy, Right back is Maggio or Abate and Left back is a toss up between Balzaretti and Criscito i think.
