  1. *If Perch is fit Krul Simpson Williamson Perch Santon Tiote Jonas Cabaye HBA Cisse Ba Now Lolro has predicted a 1-1 draw i am very confident we will get the win ( providing Perch is fit)

    LOL at Lolro

Behind them? does he watch the games? ffs Anyway Lolro predicted draw or loss = win for us.
  3. He's gone through the Pardew Training Regime that turn Perch into Perchinho, and will turn Obertan into Obermars. Perchinho not in Training photo's you say?
  4. Indeed i do have questions over Nasri in the "hole" tho to me he's always had his best performances outwide. Yh Ribery was one of the outcasted players but all those players have come back in since then and besides considering Ribery's form i dont see how they can ignore him. Eh? He's absolutely s*** out-wide. AMC is his position. I dont know where this myth comes from but his best performances for Arsenal came outwide roaming inside using his very good dribbling ability ( which is probably his best asset) and for City he's played as a sort of Winger/AM hybrid and roaming across the front line. As a sole AM in a 4-2-3-1 i have never seen him perform, not once mainly because he insists on going for the hollywood pass and dribbling past people at every opportunity instead of keeping it simple until the pass is on which is what a AM should do. To me alot like Ben Arfa he is more comfortable outwide with freedom to roam inside but as a fixed AM his role is too restricted and he becomes too easy to mark.( even tho Ben Arfa is harder to mark as a #10 than Nasri is)

  6. LOL same here as for the 4-3-3 france question they will probably play 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 either way id would start on the right over anyone else they have...... Ribery on the left and Ben Arfa on the right is frightening for any team. My question for France is will they play Benzema as a #9 with an extra midfielder or will they play Benzema as a #10 and play Giroud as a #9 and how will they replace Abidal at LB. As for the other wide forwards its only really Nasri and Menez that will challenge Ben Arfa on the right and quite frankly he's better than both of them IMO and in much better form. Ribery is untouchable.
  7. Pretty sure the club has stated at some point that this is on the agenda... Supposedly the agenda is CB, LB, CM and a young versatile forward( like Lovenkrands actually but hopefully much better) That's if you believe the media anyway.
  8. To me Ba was never seen as Carroll's replacement more of someone to add quality even when Carroll was here we needed an extra forward anyway. Considering we tried to sign him last summer Cisse was always considered as Carroll's replacement.
  9. Sounds very promising but like Mole_Toonfan has alluded to, will he be able to make the step up from the Championship? Actually sounds like he could potentially be Guthrie's replacement (if Danny goes of course......). I presumed that french lad Amalfitano (sp?) was going to be Guthrie's replacement..... also is just me or if this lad was called Jaime Baurunefield would we be so skeptical? The skillset fits what we need like a glove but because he's english iam skeptical

    sunderland

Tbh looking at that place iam suprised theres any moderating done at all.
  11. Spurs played a load of kids in the Europa League thats why, hardly any of their first team played in Europe this year. Are you suggesting we should field Sammy Ameobie and Abeied for this one? I am suggesting we field a mixture of first teamers, fringe and youth a bit like how Stoke did who did take seriously for the most part and we are much better than them. Spurs flopped because they practically played a youth team. I personally think 4 signings and some youth promotion will be enough to keep us competitive across the board. Squad isnt small ( apart from defence) its just got more quantity than quality..... get rid of the deadwood, add some quality and give more chances to youth and we'll be fine imo.

  13. I just know if France pick Cabaye and Ben Arfa then iam going to be one massive French fanboy bandwagoner
  14. You saying we need to buy 6 or 7 players? if so i disagree we need about 4 players and to give some youth players like Vuckic, Abeid, Sammy, Tavernier, Ferguson etc etc more minutes than they got this season. Also need to remember that Marveaux, Sammy, S.Taylor etc etc being back will be like new signings. Buy 4 and promote some youth and we will have enough to compete on all fronts IMO.
  15. I agree defence is the priority but buying a playmaker is also of importance imo we dont currently have someone to do that role. to me Cabaye is a b2b midfielder with great technical ability so it allows him to do that role. Tiote(Destroyer) Cabaye(b2b) New CM(Playmaker)
  16. Indeed but a plane would be wider and bigger than a bus and they need to defend the whole width of the pitch thus why i used Plane instead of Bus Also Mourinho said parked the plane before aswell after he knocking Barca out at Inter so its not exactly a brand new concept. He also started the park the bus aswell.... Mourinho the visionary
  17. basically means they will put 11 men behind the ball and do everything they can to prevent any kind of space in and around the penalty box.
  18. His style sounds perfect, question is does he have the quality needed to make the jump.... doing it in the Championship is one thing but for a team that will likely be in Europe and wants to consistently be top 6 in the PL every year is another thing entirely. Anyone here seen him alot? if so could he make the jump?
  19. I bloody hope so, we cannot afford to go to Swansea with Simpson at CB ffs
  20. Said it before and ill say it again Cabaye and Tiote are a fantastic partnership but we need someone to link the front 3 and Cabaye and Tiote and currently we dont have someone to do that. Jonas and Guthrie both do a job at this but dont offer enough imo, would like to see a midfielder that provides something like Sigurdsson from Swansea ( maybe not him exactly but someone of that style) If Guthrie leaves or stays i still think we need this type of player.
