Ryder (I know!) alluded to one or two not being happy missing out just the other day so maybe people reading into that. Why would anyone be happy to be on the bench? I'd expect and hope that players who are on the fringe the starting eleven to not be happy if they are on the bench.

Tbf it's partly personnel as well, neither of their fullbacks can defend and Jagielka is getting close to past it. Stones is their best defender and he's a kid.

My criticism of Martinez is the team apart from Stones, Lukaku and Barkley doesn't look particularly good I mean Barry, Cleverly, McCarthy and Kone not exactly the most inspiring group of players.

We did, would have been even more if Anita didn't go off either.
