Killing is right.

Happened really early in the summer, i didn't realise either until i saw the German Super Cup against Wolfsburg.

I can't quite get on board with Pep saying now they have Vidal, he will play Lahm at RB more often. Aye because you didn't have enough midfield options before you crazy lunatic.
-
Considering that he plays for Chile which is a team with some extreme Bielsa principles which Pep himself said he took a lot of inspiration from i don't think it will be a problem. Should also be remembered that arguably Pep's favourite player at Barca was Keita, the fucking psychopath.
-
Just need to stay fit, last years semi would have been a lot closer if Robben etc weren't all crocked.
-
Depay is my captain so i'm probably fucked as well tbh
-
It's all not coming up Flip.
-
It's not bad actually, gives some interesting analysis into what McClaren wants the midfield to do and not just Wijnaldum.
-
I was under the impression that he wanted to peg the full backs back by offering our own threat down the wings (albeit only in the form of pace in Obertan's case). His plan was clearly to try and push Southampton into their own half due to the potential speed we had on the transition. That isn't a Pardewesque mentality at all.
-
Considering how irrelevant he is not really.
-
Don't remember that tbh, he was often out of position but i don't recall many players beating him 1 v 1 like Haidara was against Southampton.

Anybody can run well around a cone even with a football at their feet with a bit of basic training so I don't see that as a technical talent at this level unless they're doing it to an opposition player. As it is, the only thing he is capable of doing is kicking a ball past a player (very occasionally when he wants to attack them) and run past them. No skill involved, just raw pace which is a physical benefit, not a technical skill. Mole - from the statement 'technically he is talented' I thought you meant he had technical ability. The way I see it he has no technical ability whatsoever, no heart whatsoever and has nothing to offer but pace. We may as well just sign an olympic sprinter. I'd rather have Bolt than Oberwang any day of the week. You're just arguing with me for the sake of it. http://www.quickmeme.com/img/b8/b8cc934be7df59d2c88eda726398c3f1d006f94f5becfdcde6cbfdcf8621513f.jpg

Waiting another week before the wildcard, i'm also massively scared of some fucker making a big deadline day signing for some reason
-
It was more due to being out of position than what Haidara displayed though, don't recall Santon allowing shit tonnes of crosses and being beaten 1 v 1 repeatedly.
-
Also they apparently try to play good football ( not seen enough to comment personally) don't see what's wrong with them tbh.
-
Really? "Terrific talent"? Technically he is talented, he just has no brain or bravery to actually put it to use. Technically he is not talented at all. He can run fast and this is it. He has a pidgeon chest which may mean he has a bit of strength, but his lack of heart prevents him from using it in a game. I bet he looks f***ing great against the cones in training, the bloke is a f***ing torrid excuse for a footballer and would be lucky to be playing for a League 1 side, let alone Newcastle United. f*** him. Eh? that's all i said, he has certain things going for him but doesn't have the heart or brain to use them properly.
-
Forgot about that

He's not actually wrong, thing is he's mentally a child and shows absolutely no bravery.
-
Don't see no indication that the players in competition with him are not fully fit, he just rates him and believes he fills a specific role in the team. I respect that but i do think he's wrong.
-
Been thinking the same, although I think they're all going by what VI said. Seen him play once or twice and he didn't impress from what I remember. They are, personally i think i have seen him play once in a pre season game but that's it. At least i think it was him anyway.

Tbf Cathro actually looks like he knows something about football Aye. Evidently, if there's someone that knows less about football than Pardew, it's John Carver. Steve " you are at your most vulnerable when you have the ball " Stone would give him a run for his money tbf. The whole thing was a fucking farce, thank fuck it's all over.
