It's not surprising Southampton were fitter tbh, they have been playing competitive football for close to a month. Be hard pressed to find a fitter team than them at this point, at least i'd expect so.

I think a lot of the chances conceded today were down to communication more than it was lack of aerial ability or physicality. Which will improve as the season goes on, at least to a point anyway if Haidara doesn't buck his ideas up.

I'm definitely happy with the approach and what he seems to be trying to do, just needs to make better decisions as it attains to personnel.

Agree with all that, also i think their goal was due to a lack of communication than anything which will improve IMO. Reasonably pleased with 3 of the back 4 for the most part but Haidara has been shit IMO would definitely buy a LB if it was me in charge

Deserved equaliser, been much the better side IMO. Shame about their goal as usual it could have been very avoidable. Despite that i definitely think we would be better without both Colback-Anita and Obertan
