  1. I'd agree but that would mean an even more hateful team with their bellend manager winning. Be honest I barely watch anymore so it wouldn't effect me much But if I did then yeah I agree.
  2. Would be hilarious if City throw it away.

I do like that Southgate has started to fit Sterling and Rashford into the starting XI, the midfield is still a concern but it's more of a question of talent available than anything tactical.

The funny thing is Messi could never score a goal and he'd still be the best player of his generation to me. His goalscoring ability is so low on this list of things that are so awe inspiring about him. Which is why i never really consider CR on his level, he's on his level when he comes to scoring goals and arguably better than Messi at that but aside from that there isn't a comparison.

I like Henderson, he was probably our best midfielder at the WC imo.

totally and utterly disagree with that analysis like Because it's wrong and totally undersells what Gerrard and Yaya were capable of outside of the box. In any case it should have been obvious to anyone during the WC that we don't have any sort of midfield, pretty much everyone excells in the transition of the play and can't set up the play themselves.
  7. We won't have 8 goals this time next month. Month we'll be lucky if we have 8 shots by then.
  8. You joke but he was massively important for Ronaldo's success there. Mainly because Ronaldo has never been good at playing as the main CF. He needs somebody to play off and doesn't really play with his back to goal, considering that Juve might struggle to get him the goals you usually would expect.
  9. Leicester look so slow to build attacks, noticed the same when they played Man Utd. Their play looks nice but against anyone half decent they'll struggle to amount to anything.
  10. Yeah I'd never go as far as garbage With that said I wouldn't be surprised if he's a really big success, should be mentioned that Salah was nowhere near the player he is today before joining Liverpool.
  11. Because he was massively inconsistent and quite meh a lot of times. What he showed tonight we barely saw what he showed for PSG in the CL, I don't blame him tbh and probably needed to get out of there but it's the main reason nobody bought him.
  12. He went clear in the back of him studs first into his calf, if Hayden's wasn't a red i don't know what is.
  13. Martial and Rashford would look miles better under any of the other managers in the top 6 tbh. They are not the only ones either, at the end of the day no matter how good they were before Guardiola has made pretty much every offensive player better. Klopp has done the same with Liverpool players, Pochettino has done the same at Spurs and I wouldn't be surprised if Sarri does the same for Chelsea. Good coaches make players better, Mourinho so far has not and that's one of the many issues with the job he's doing.
  14. As if I pay attention to what you have to say
  15. 38 games. I honestly think it'll be October at least. More confident than me tbh
  16. Hinchcliffe would probably be right if Silva had been at the level he's been playing at under Guardiola his entire career.
  17. They will be every week, it's how Sarri teams play.
  18. Emery fucked up that 2nd half, sitting back all half with no real way of getting out was just asking to lose.
  19. While I agree Chelsea's issues in this half have more to do with Alonso and Jorginho not tracking runs.
