  1. Did you really expect Odin to know any more than the rest of us knew ffs man And all we know until something official comes out, is the statement that has been made by BZG stating that proof of funds supplied, documentation signed by Ashley and BZG and that they are assisting with the Premier League process. Anything else currently is pure speculation and that's why we all should wait until something official does come out either way. These processes are taking an awfully long time don't you think? It's not happening. Ashley was never wanting to sell. And even if he did, new owners who don't want Rafa? I'm out.
  2. So much love and respect for Rafa. Fuck Ashley's NUFC. Burn to the fucking ground and die.
  3. It was abysmal. Harmison should hang his head in shame too. Pete Graves and the whole of Sky also - filming Rafa as he went to clear his desk at the training ground, no doubt after a sneaky call from Charnley on Ashley's behalf. Then having the cheek to say they were just showing him turing up for normal business. Imagine how Rafa felt being betrayed once again there. So many cunts about ffs. One of the fans who went to the training ground when they heard Rafa was there that day overheard the Sky reporter say that ‘Keith has told us Lee Charnley is on his way to the training ground now’ which could mean that either Charnley tipped off Keith Downie that he was on his way down or it was Keith as in Keith Bishop who tipped Sky off directly. Downie got dogs abuse on twitter that day. First time I've heard that bit, thanks. check out Downie’s twitter timeline if you want to see for yourself I think I'll pass, I like my computer screen in one piece.

  5. You need to remain optimistic with that username.

  7. Luke Edwards has already said he's being unreasonable in an article that's an insult to anyones intelligence. Expecting more cockroaches to crawl out this week too.
  8. Cool, wasn't sure but thought it was something I heard. Still find it unbelievable that this isn't the first time we've been in this situation though.
  9. Their director must have lost the plot also if he's replying to absolute randoms.
  10. What did they do 10 years ago? Didn't Hughton turn up unpaid for the first few weeks? (Might be wrong on that but he wasn't appointed caretaker manager until a few weeks later). Did the club make any announcement before pre-season began that year? It's such a joke that we literally have history of this type of shit.
  11. Theres no evidence this has happened is there?
  12. I might just follow Rafa's next team. Feel robbed of seeing what he could achieve given just a modicum of backing.
  13. I still can't get over Luke Edward's ridiculous article yesterday. He always has been able to see Ashley's point of view. Cunt.
  14. Well it's not is it. He has connections over there, someone asked what he's heard and that's what he's heard. Just as, if not more, trustworthy as anything you've put up on here. Geordie Dentist knows what he’s talking about man. And he wasn’t commenting on the no comment from BZG. Like Wilson said, he was commenting on what he’s heard from his contacts. So depressing how these contacts always start by saying the deal is happening, then slowly this changes to the current situation. Ashley is such a cunt that you can't trust anything, no matter who it comes from. It's as if he wants us to believe its full steam ahead for some reason.
  15. Theres an article in the Times about the shambles that is, always, NUFC if anyone can access the whole thing to post: https://www.thetimes.co.uk/edition/sport/newcastle-fans-deserve-stability-at-their-club-instead-its-the-same-sad-old-story-px0qlq26h
  16. Yep, well apart from another day goes by. I still think theres a chance Ashley gives just enough to get him to stay. Then probably reneges on even that. If we are being taken over, would all these little details and demands be such an issue for Ashley though?
  17. I always thought there would be no takeover and Ashley would do the absolute bare minimum in order to keep Rafa, being the cunt that he is. Looks like he's going to exceed even my pessimistic mind this time though.
  18. 10 years ago Ashley met Shearer for contract talks where out of the blue he said "I'm selling up". Then stories came out in the media that he wanted to keep Shearer, but he also leaked details of wage demands etc to the press while never getting back to Shearer. He didn't sell the club. This summer he met Rafa for contract talks where we don't yet know what he said, then the takeover rumours start up, then someone leaked to Sky that Rafa was heading to the training ground the other week. Will he sell this time? Eerily familiar pattern forming here.
  19. Luke Edwards showing what a colossal cunt he is with that article. Imagine penning something with the tone of blaming Rafa at this time. Fucking disgraceful.
  20. Just seen this article about how Rafa pushed Torres to become the player he was (it's an old interview republished). To think we may not have this man with us soon ffs: https://www.fourfourtwo.com/features/fernando-torres-rafa-benitez-liverpool-retires-chelsea-best-strikers-world
  21. Ahh yeah, his mates Craigy and co at Sky. Enough to make you sick.
  22. Alas this has always been the case and will continue to be. Quite staggering how many times he's played fans by pretending he's going to sell up. Well, either that or he/they just couldn't quite get a deal done, repeatedly, for 10 years. Isn't this the 7th time he's tried to sell the club, since he bought us? Upshot is that no-one will end up dealing with him, because he can't be trusted. Don't think theres even a definitive number tbh It's fucking tiresome though, the script always seems to go the same way too.

  24. If anyone accepts that (especially with the new kit deal and sponsorship deals coming up next year) then they are not the right people to lead the club forward. Agree about Kenyon as he was like a common whore trying to get the money together so that he could meet the asking price; and he failed badly at it. He'll 10000000% choose the deal that represents his long term interests best. Bearing in mind we are a profit making enterprise, he could tie in some long term revenue streams through NUFC, by choosing the most ply-able buyers. Which, if he does sell, is certainly what he'll do. If there's a s**** owner that suits him, that's what we'll end up with. I still think it will be BZG as for one the others have shown they can't even meet his asking price. Time will tell though and we should know one way or the other by the 30th. I hope you're right, if only, because they've got no obvious affiliation to Ashley. Kenyon has. We need a clear break. Even if the new buyers have to pay slightly over the odds to rid us of him. What affiliation to Ashley does Kenyon have out of interest? Don't think I've heard that before.
