I am not normally a fan but I think he did ok yesterday - can't think of anyone other that Elliot who played much better. He closed people down, put in challenges the rest was up to the likes of Shelvey who did absolutely nought once we got the ball.

The lad has not been given a chance to fair - I can't remember the last time he played two games back to back. Ok his disciplinary record isn't great but Shelveys' has been worse this season and he still gets a chance in the team. To play Joselu ahead of him would be pretty soul destroying for the lad especially considering how poor Joselu has been in front of goal.

Amazed Sky didn't show this on their highlights - then again I'm not.

I've seen the replays now and there was a touch - but I think his exaggerated actions didn't help. If it'd been the other way on Aguero it'd have been given IMO.
