Because they think like we do. He’s a valuable young talent that they can develop and either play or sell on later for a profit. Highly doubt they’re looking at signing him to actually play him in the senior side. Almiron isn’t worth anything to them.

Paulo Fonseca to Milan

Agreed, but if he’s healthy I think Tripps still gets the nod to start the season.
-
Surely going to be: Kelly Burn Schar Trippier to start the season. Hopefully ending the season with: Hall Botman Schar* Livramento *unless we spend big on a RCB

Can I say something brave, yet controversial? I think this is a good move by them. Now watch they’ll reverse course and sack him by Christmas.

As it relates to people, I agree with you to an extent. I don’t give a rat’s ass as it relates to corporations. That’s the “free market” baby.

he’s going to put Fat Ronaldo to shame the second he retires.

IIRC @brummie recently mentioned that Luiz looked a shell of his former self this past season and he wouldn’t be surprised/bothered if Luiz was moved on. McKennie was Juventus’s assists leader last season. He’s clearly a good player if utilized correctly. Being dropped in mid-season to a drowning Leeds side isn’t a fair assessment of his ability.

Needs to be back out on loan next season, preferably at a higher-quality league.

Todd you couldn’t ask for a better villain.

The fact that he’s a Man City product is a good sign imo. Fits the pattern of buying promising young English players (Gordon, Tino, Hall) to develop for the long-term.

they’re gonna sell so many fucking kits.

We took a real gamble, you might say.

Umbro consistently putting out the best clobber imo

Cristiano Ronaldo scored 50 goals in all comps this year, at 39 years old. Impressive regardless of league.

They need quick cash I think.
-
oh, they’ll be having him too.

This is what he said: I don’t find that particularly disrespectful to Brentford. They are, objectively, not one of the “big/best” clubs nor are they taking part in the biggest competitions (and we all know which clubs and competitions he’s referring to), but he’s hardy slagging them off. He’s put in 5 solid seasons there, and I don’t think his commitment or work rate have ever been questioned.

Almost as titillating as a new signing.
