Tough field this year. Which specific group (A, B, C, etc.) each team is drawn into will almost be as important as which teams it will be playing. Gonna be hot as hell in some of those cities.

Much more balanced without HBA in the XI. Relied far too much on superhero runs from him to generate attack.

Still moves like molasses, but his touch has been so gentle. Some beautifully struck balls the past few weeks.

Destroyed Ridgewell down near the touchline on the 50/50 ball. And a perfectly taken goal. Great performance from him. Seems like he drifted inside and was operating more centrally than he normally does when played at RM.

Looked as if he scored own goals. He's gonna engage in a vigorous self-flagellation exercise when he gets home tonight.
