Magnay has been at left back recently but his natural position is centre half. Probably does look a little lost at times out there. Baxter at right back was there for years before Bogie released him and he went to Bedlington in the Northern League for a bit. I remember watching Gateshead in the Unibond/Evo-Stick and he didn't particularly stand out then but he's always been a trier and puts in 100%. Oster and Chandler are the most important players they have due to the system they play. Oster sits back and sprays the ball out wide and retains possession really well. Although Chandler is seen as a terrier and a bit of spoiler, he's also pivotal going forward as he is the one who breaks forward to support Marwood. I'm not Marwoods biggest fan to be fair, he's very lightweight and doesn't keep the ball very well but he's another trier who'll chase down any ball played into the channels. I'd just really love to see Gateshead do this. I went to away games about 15 year ago against the likes of Hednesford, Leigh RMI and Altrincham. Even though I was young I remember one year when Keith Fletcher was the main man up front, he played for Gateshead on the Saturday then through the week he flied out to play in a World Cup qualifier for Grenada. Really loved the Heed team back then although I struggle to remember many of them. Adrian Swan in goal is one I remember, Sam Kitchen at Centre Half, Steve Bowey in the middle of the park and Fletcher up front. Great backbone to that side similar to what they have now albeit with a lot more quality.

Pardew is going to bollock him in the morning for appeasing the fans through social media.
-
I just found it funny calling him 'a mess as a human'. Sums him up well.

Keegan is fucking god. No debate, no questioning - he is a true legend and will always be loved by Newcastle fans. Best person to be associated with the club in my lifetime.

Truth is that Moyes would probably be a success here. He had an excellent record with a tight purse at Everton and the situation isn't too dissimilar up here. I'd be quite happy with that appointment but to be honest, at the minute, I wouldn't be too displeased at Terry Connor as an alternative to

It's amazing how many times random things like that come up in conversation. Excellent job, I'll be using it

Rob Elliott, a nobody only at a PL club because we're a joke, has slated Kevin Keegan. He has implied that we can't do any better than 8th or 9th. At what stage, reading the article, did you come to the conclusion he had done nothing wrong?
-
So f***, he slated Kevin Keegan. The bloke shouldn't be allowed back into the city for his remarks. We've been through this, I was interested in whether TheGuv had thought about it. You were clearly implying that running with this story was kind of 'wrong'. No doubt you'll come back with 'I never said that'. Of course you didn't, you never actually say anything clearly you just pose a thesis and everyone on here reads it for what it is. When slated for your comments you deny the meaning behind your posts. As I said, we've been through this. Aye, you're right. There's absolutely no point in discussing anti-NUFC things with yourself. You're a brainwashed imbecile who's probably busy ringing the radio now sticking up for 'Pards'.

Don't think it can be justified, myself. Really makes me feel uneasy seeing stuff like this being "published" on the internet. When I call people to do interviews with them, there is a clear and defined moment when things become on the record and I cannot - and will not - use anything outside of that time-frame, even though I am rolling tape well before that moment. Really poor form to publish this conversation on the internet, especially when it has such strong opinions about the club, its employees, and its supporters. You've put an employee of the club in a very precarious position based on a conversation he had with you in a nightclub. Unjustifiable to post it on website like TrueFaith under the guise of an article. If this is a trap for me then I'm in, those were my feelings pretty much exactly. He should learn to keep his fucking mouth shut then. He's made his bed, now the cunts got to lie in it.

The day he leaves this club will be a joyous one. I can actually see the town being busy with celebration parties everywhere. I don't think I've ever hated a human being this much. If I had a gun with one bullet and had the choice of any fucker in the world I wouldn't hesitate to end this cunts life. Total waste of oxygen. I gave up going to watch the team I love because of Ashley and this prick after years of spending my every hour thinking about the club, the game at the weekend, how we would set up etc. Now it's just, meh. Utterly devastating.

Just about every pundit on TalkSport said Jason Day has a great chance but I've got no idea what price he is.
-
Look how much it clearly means to players, fans and the manager at the very end. Really hope Gateshead do it, would be monumental.

Marshall at Cardiff has been excellent this season in goal and would push Krul more than Elliot does. Craig Noone looks a very talented winger but pointless joining here whilst Pardew is here as he would have him playing in the wrong half of the pitch. Steven Caulker would be my number 1 target from Cardiff though. From Swansea I'd take Michu and Bony. The rest haven't really got anyone I'd definitely be after but there's a few players out there who would be decent squad players.

Probably because we're the only people having a bet on Greek football
-
All the lads in the clerb have chipped in for a yankee on the Greek League. Potentially a famous day for N-O.
-
Is the Greek league notorious for match fixing draws towards the end of the season similar to Serie A?
-
What's the teams? Might do a bit searching for reasons the prices would be that good.

Are you going to answer my question or not? No - because what you've asked for is a pretty wide-ranging summary of Pardew's performance - save to say that I don't think absolutely every single thing he's ever done at Newcastle has been s***. Simple question for you: Do you think any other manager currently managing in the Premier League would have played Dan Gosling today whilst HBA sits on the bench? Knowing very little about the exact situation regarding Ben Arfa, but knowing that Pardew wants to win games and would probably play him if he thought he'd help to bring that about, probably yes. Whether he's right or not, whether he's managed Ben Arfa poorly or not etc etc are all separate questions. And now, because this forum is the way it is, I have to go out of my way to emphasise that I don't necessarily agree with Pardew on this. it's s*** like this. Just say what you think? If you think playing dan gosling is correct then say it Sitting on the fence when asked a very simple question Giving a non-categorical opinion on something you have limited knowledge of I have plenty of knowledge about football having followed the sport all my life. It doesn't take a genius to realise that HBA should be playing and Gosling shouldn't be at the club. Simple as that.

I don't know everything that happens within North Korea therefore I'm not going to disagree with anything that Kim Jong-un does
