I seem to remember him up here either last season or the one before and he was an absolute beast, one of the best defensive performances i've seen.

I'd like to think that FFP would stop a few of the struggling clubs from buying their way out of trouble but there aren't enough Yao's in the world for that. The most annoying thing will be if Chelsea/City/United buy the likes of Cabaye, Baines or Barkley.

we need more wholesome Williamson-esque footballers if you ask me. All of the best upcoming players look like absolute radge packets.

Yep, he doesn't do anything that particularly stands out but he keeps our tempo up. He'll rarely take more than a couple of touches before giving it which means we can keep our momentum up and means that their defence doesn't have time to settle as much. Contrast it to Tioté (who I rate but for different reasons) who often takes far too much time on the ball and can blunt our attacks.

He's an absolute monster, I hope Santon can learn from him because if he does we'll have two very very good fullbacks.
