I think he did very well today. A couple of niggly fouls but I'm convinced Arsenal were targeting him to try and get him booked/sent off. They were pretty bad for diving around but around Tioté it was particularly bad.

Williamson It wasn't. He picked up Mertersacker at all the set pieces, and when Mertersacker moved away as the free kick was taken, Willo to his credit noticed Giroud unmarked and tried to get to him. That's how I saw it too.
