He might not make it here, but it's nice to see that he has some talent to at least make himself a career. Most of our young players seem to fall of the face of the earth after being released and are never heard from again.

Good stuff, he's always great doing other sports. It will be interesting to see how his 'style' translates to Football but he can't be any worse then so of the people we have now. Also nice to see that Chandler finally committed to the National team for the qualifiers, good player.

He's not the same type of player, but maybe Pardew wants him similar to how Swansea used Sigurðsson last year and Michu this year. This guy has the athleticism to track back as well. Might all change when Ben Arfa gets back though.

I'll always have respect for the players who helped drag us out of the Championship but seriously... The guy is at the crossroads of his career, going into probably the most important summer of his life, and he lets this shit happen? Why would a club want to pay him the money he's expecting when he's capable of incidents like this? It's not like he has the talent alone to make up for it. I'm sure that someone will pay him, but he has definitely cost himself some money and might even have to drop a division as a result. I thank him for his service here but I'm glad we've moved on to better things.
