I don't think he did it to get sent off, just seems like he lost it for a second and had a moment of madness. Carver said he said something to him at half time that obviously riled him up. So when Vardy knocked it by him, when he was already at boiling point, sent him over the edge and he just lashed out. You see players like Rooney and Costa etc do it all the time. Do their managers come out and accuse them of doing it on purpose to get sent off, no. But that's because they have experience and actually know what they are doing.

A treasure hunt in one of his face creases perhaps. http://i.ytimg.com/vi/9_ZpGFdZybc/0.jpg 'Karen can you see the bottom yet?' 'No' 'Cut the rope'

Looks like its offically squeaky bum time I hope Ashley is sweating his potential 10 million per game loss!

@CAFCofficial: Bournemouth celebrating like they've completely ruled out a 19-0 defeat at The Valley on Saturday. We'll see... #cafc

Very much doubt they paid that press officer to be in the office until 10. Considering they made statements in the doc they probably knew what was coming and have prepared a statement.

Just got back in from reaching a cup final myself, I seen more effort in the 22 lads on the pitch today then any of the Newcastle players who get paid tens of thousands to play every week. Really couldn't care less about the result, I laughed when I checked up on it , that's how disconnected the club is.

Yeah pundits are ridiculously bad in this country. Sky sports had some guy on earlier (think it was Tony Coatee) analysing the champions league and all he said was that in his personal opinion Bayern Munich are one of the teams to beat in the Champions League... How these guys are meant to be experts is utter insanity.

Basically we are only hiring MCClaren if he is a failure and we already know Carver is a huge failure. Already looking forward to next season finishing.
-
If Derby get promoted and Carver wins one game before the end of the season, there is every chance Carver will get it like. They have hired Joe Kinnear twice man
-
I reckon they will target sportsdirect over the summer break.

Getting slightly concerned now. Rumours doing the rounds he's already been offered the job for next season, Jona's tweet saying we deserve better. Now the Steve Howey article saying he thinks Carver has the job, isn't he normally a part of the Ashley PR machine? Wouldn't suprise me if they slowly drip feed the announcement over the rest of the season to limit the shock.

I await the Bobby Moncur article tomorrow with the terms "war chest" and "overhaul" used.

https://twitter.com/NUFC_Stats/status/590105279339094016 Looks like it's been confirmed that the actual attendance was 30k. If so amazing effort from everyone involved!
-
You can do a freedom of information act thing. To who though? NUFC are a private company not a government body? FWIW I thought there were about 35K there. FOI the police. Although Ashley Out campaign seem to be suggesting that the police were told the attendance was 47k, not to sure how they would know yet.
-
I find it funny the fans who are attending because they have already given Ashley their money, and/ or they claim they are too loyal a supporter not to go. Yet there are season ticket holders (and fans who have bought tickets) boycotting who are willing to sacrifice their own hard earn money and miss a game they have paid for, for the long term health of the club. Who is truly the loyal supporter?

I don't think Ive ever heard anyone rate him. The only compliment I've ever heard is he is better than Gouffran which isn't saying much.

We should boycott the Chronicle as well until they actually start doing some journalism.
