  1. 100% this. It's turning into a procession. Just out of interest, and a genuine question as I don't know, but how many clubs have won the PL and cups over the years? Were there a lot of different clubs winning stuff like 10 or 20 years ago? No Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea, Blackburn and Man City are the only teams to have won the Premier League/Premiership (since 1992) and Blackburn was very much a one off
  2. Doubt they have much to do with the fee
  3. There isn't that many really quality strikers around that would actually go to Arsenal like. I doubt Benzema ever even thought about leaving Real for Arsenal. Cavani maybe but I'm not sure Cavani would actually leave PSG for Arsenal. Zlatan maybe but him and Wenger have had disagreements in the past
  4. I never felt it was as mental as people made out. He's a really good young player who was going to be a regular starter for years for one of the best teams in the league
  5. He won't. Real don't even want him that much

    Steve McClaren

Mainly because of Harry Kane getting 21 goals. Now he's not scoring and they haven't won a game this season. Having Anita and Colback in midfield is a major reason we aren't creating much
  7. I think keepers are a bit overstated in terms of how many points they will earn a team in a league format. In a cup tournament they could perhaps make an unbelievable save to get you through but the difference in points Real Madrid would end up with between having a very good keeper(Navas) and an outstanding keeper(De Gea) would be little enough IMO
  8. Which is precisely the reason why we should be paying up their contracts and getting them off the wage bill. But paying up their contracts is basically the same as just leaving them there to rot isn't it, in terms of finances?
  9. Tbf kinda hard to sell when nobody wants the player you're selling, same with Gouffran
  10. Doubt PSG would let Cavani go. It is a risk obviously but he is pretty highly rated by those who see him a lot
  11. It's because he talks for ages without actually saying anything. Not a bit of a lie, tbh. He's a rambling motherfucker. Are you really watching a stream of Sky Sports News?
  12. What did he think of Thauvin?

    When Kaka lets her go
  14. He's probably the only player we have at the moment that can cut a defense open with a pass, at least he used to be able to so I'd like to keep him around the squad
  15. Doubt it's true but Spurs are such a shambles. Could definitely see Swansea finish above them this season
  16. Real Madrid giving up on De Gea and keeping Navas
  17. You know there's fuck all happening when the Ayoze story is one of their main headlines
  18. He's probably a better centre half than Damien Delaney as well so they could want him for there
  19. So fucking obvious its going to go through
  20. Any reason why this still wouldn't be allowed. I'm sure Spurs sign players after the deadline every year. Don't they normally say if the deal was agreed before the deadline it's ok ? I don't really have a clue how these things work or if you are correct but maybe the documentation they sent in late was the paperwork that proved the deal was agreed?
  21. It shut in Spain half an hour ago
