    Papiss Cissé

Cisse was pretty good against Southampton on the opening day, got a goal and his build up play in the second half was very good particularly in the build up to the second goal. At home against teams similar to us or worse he's still our best bet imo
  2. Alright then lets make it legal that you can tackle as bad as you want as long as you connect with the shin pad. One thing about Mitrovic's red card, just watched it again. If he is going for the ball it's an absolutely shit attempt to get the ball
  3. Diaby's been injured for 6 years ffs
  4. Sissoko's studs were down on the player's foot rather than the lower shin area as well like

    Lee Charnley

You think Swansea will finish 2nd?
  6. Everton 1-1 Chelsea Arsenal 2-1 Stoke Crystal Palace 1-3 Man City Norwich 1-1 Bournemouth Watford 1-2 Swansea West Brom 1-2 Southampton Man Utd 1-0 Liverpool Sunderland 1-2 Spurs Leicester 2-1 Aston Villa West Ham 1-2 Newcastle
  7. Monaco must rate him as some talent if they're putting in those clauses

    Football pet hates

Don't know but that last minute equaliser vs Germany in 02 was probably my favourite ever moment watching football. Love Robbie Keane. He was actually a pretty divisive figure in Ireland for most of his career despite scoring bucket loads of goals for us
  9. 100% this. It's turning into a procession. Just out of interest, and a genuine question as I don't know, but how many clubs have won the PL and cups over the years? Were there a lot of different clubs winning stuff like 10 or 20 years ago? No Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea, Blackburn and Man City are the only teams to have won the Premier League/Premiership (since 1992) and Blackburn was very much a one off
  10. Doubt they have much to do with the fee
  11. There isn't that many really quality strikers around that would actually go to Arsenal like. I doubt Benzema ever even thought about leaving Real for Arsenal. Cavani maybe but I'm not sure Cavani would actually leave PSG for Arsenal. Zlatan maybe but him and Wenger have had disagreements in the past
  12. I never felt it was as mental as people made out. He's a really good young player who was going to be a regular starter for years for one of the best teams in the league
  13. He won't. Real don't even want him that much

    Steve McClaren

Mainly because of Harry Kane getting 21 goals. Now he's not scoring and they haven't won a game this season. Having Anita and Colback in midfield is a major reason we aren't creating much
  15. I think keepers are a bit overstated in terms of how many points they will earn a team in a league format. In a cup tournament they could perhaps make an unbelievable save to get you through but the difference in points Real Madrid would end up with between having a very good keeper(Navas) and an outstanding keeper(De Gea) would be little enough IMO
  16. Which is precisely the reason why we should be paying up their contracts and getting them off the wage bill. But paying up their contracts is basically the same as just leaving them there to rot isn't it, in terms of finances?
  17. Tbf kinda hard to sell when nobody wants the player you're selling, same with Gouffran
  18. Doubt PSG would let Cavani go. It is a risk obviously but he is pretty highly rated by those who see him a lot
  19. It's because he talks for ages without actually saying anything. Not a bit of a lie, tbh. He's a rambling motherfucker. Are you really watching a stream of Sky Sports News?
  20. What did he think of Thauvin?
