Strong rumours of Michael Bradley to Toronto FC. Hope not, massive waste that'd be. Imagine doing from Serie A title contenders (well, not really) to relegation fodder (shame it doesn't actually exist) in MLS. On a World Cup year.

But can Man Utd afford a transition/bedding in season for Moyes (if it means missing on CL footy) ? Vidic, Ferdinand, Evra, Giggs, Fabio are all out of contract this summer Rooney, Anderson , Carrick , Fletcher, Valencia and Cleverly will all have only one year left in their contract come this summer. RVP may not like being without CL. I know some of those listed players are past it and shite, but they make up a large number of this squad. They're risking losing them for free/under their market price, and it'll be harder to re-invest to replace them. It's a big risk if they miss out in CL. That'd mean basically replacing the 2/3rd of their squad within 2 seasons, and it'll take a lot of money to do it. Not to mention there are a lot of leaders/veterans in that list...we could be seeing a very new Man Utd side in a couple of years. Now, that'd be a real transition.

Dealing with injury/suspension crisis with Ramsey, Rooney, Cabaye and Debuchy suffering. Any idea if Cabaye has a chance of starting this saturday ?

The final is at Wembley, not SOL, so 1-0 against City will be out of the question, surely.

Interesting this woeful run is coming on the back end of their best run of the season with 6 consecutive wins. Thing is, this side is actually nothing like Moyes' Everton either. They were hard to beat at least. Swansea, Chelsea, and Sunderland next. No pressure, Davey. Evans limped as well, seeing Ferdinand did his knee, they'd have a CB crisis if Evans' injury is anything serious.

Sorry, my "things will be rosy again in a week" prediction didn't come true. Genuinely didn't see this loss coming.

I still can't figure out how Anderson is still part of that Man Utd squad. He's been there for 7 !!! years now. 80k a week for eating hot dogs and doing fuck all. He's their Joe Cole/Michael Owen.

Man Utd's home fixtures in second half of the season look fairly straight forward, so they should really looking forward to win every single one of them, except the game vs. City and Liverpool which could go either way. There are a few tricky away games at SB, Emirates, Goodison Park, SJP, St Mary's and Britannia and Ferguson was the master of going there and winning when he really needed them (He won at SB, Anfield and Etihad last year)...be interesting to see how Moyes approaches those games. We've got all bottom half away from home, and all top half at home. It could be interpreted as both positive or negative. More Hull-like performances away from home will mean no 4th for us, so no time to slip up. Read Sturridge will be back for the game vs. Stoke next week, which is a massive boost. I, too, reckon it'll go until the last couple of weeks of the season. Spurs and Everton are firmly there as well, though I can see Spurs running out of gas in March.

Are the rumours of Rooney needing a groin surgery true Froggy? He's caught the curse of being put in my FF team. I think they'll do Sunderland tomorrow 2-0, then beat Swansea and things will be rosy again unit the visit to Chelsea. Really curious to see who they buy in January though. It'll be a bit hard to attract top talent in the current situation.

I never understand people posting status about football on their Facebook ?! Is it a common thing, or am I missing something ?! Facebook status updates should be only for emergency cases only, which makes it 8-10 times a year maximum. Imagine posting a status about your team winning and receiving 74 of those annoying notifications in likes/comments. Nah, fuck that.

Glen Johnson can get in the fucking bin. So much ability, so little application.
-
We look knackered and tired. Can see this one finishing 3-1 to Chelsea
-
Captain Rooney not playing, VC Toure not playing. Silva doing fuck all. Curtis Davies CS only silver lining. Mannone + 8 more to play later.
-
Fuck. Man Utd scrapping another win already. Hope Sherwood gets something from them in a few days...

To be fair, we were expected to be out of top 4 this week. But thanks to Mackems still in it. Almost certain we won't lose to Chelsea and hopefully be 3 points off top max thanks to you guys beating Arsenal and keeping yourselves in the race for title/top 4. and after that we have an easy run of games coming. Nothing to be worried about. Crazy season, all that matters is standing in May. The only team who is 100% out of it, and Parky can claim to have beaten 10-0 already this season are Spurs. They will finish the league with less than 60 points.

I can't use my betting account here in the US, but what are the odds of John Terry scoring on sunday against Liverpool ?! I'd advise people to get on it. Nailed on considering the pathetic set piece/corner defending of their opposition.
-
Disappointing result. Thought draw was more fair. Gutted
-
Liverpool in conceding a goal from set piece/corner shocker. Skrtel is shit
-
Do Aston Villa ever score ?
-
Cabaye, Remy
-
Cissokho starting, Zabaleta back for them. Double- AIDS We're getting a right twatting here.

^ Can't disagree with any of that. He has never missed a single game through injury in his 3 years with us yet. The man is a freak, the anti-Torres (Please lord, let it not be a jinx)

Suarez is a top 5 player in the world, but where is this completely reliant, one man team comes from ? Our win % in PL without Suarez under Rodgers is 70%. 7 wins, 2 draws, 1 loss. Doesn't exactly scream one man team. It's very unfair on likes of Coutinho, Henderson, Sturridge, and Sterling etc not to get any credit for the space they create for Suarez every game by their movement (and Suarez does the same for them of course). Suarez was still the same Suarez back in 2011-12 season where he scored only 11 league goals under Dalglish due to manager and personnel not being the type to get the best of his genius. The role of managers and how they get the best out of their team/personnel is very under-rated these days. Not only in regards to Suarez and Liverpool, but other examples in other teams as well.

Aye. It's the second most nailed on result of the season after Sunderlast 1-0 Man City.
