Re isak it seems the stories at conflicting at best some say we weren't aware others say we were. Either way, I don't think we would want to go into another window with this set up as it clearly isn't fit for purpose.

Mitchell was a horrible fit, the job he was sold wasn't the job he got and that's on top of all the other issues relating to bad attitude etc. Wider problem to me is I imagine whoever we hire in this position the job scope will be different to anyone else in the league. I hear you, I think maybe my issue is I've been sold number 1 and that's the metric im going to hold us too no matter what. Obviously things have improved that goes without saying, I make no mention of it though because I'm writing these from my desk surrounded by people
