I don’t think there are many to clubs who would prioritise him/be able to get him. Arsenal and Liverpool have players in that position. City a non starter, I don’t think Chelsea and Spurs will be able to pay the money

Wasn’t sure where to put this but what’s everyone’s thoughts on how this team/squad ranks vs 22/23 and 23/24? It’s the best imo even though we may not finish with 22/23’s points total or even league position. With our PSR restrictions it’s incredible really what he’s building. More wins than City and Arsenal with 34 played this season. It’s our ability to grind it out at times that has cost us. I really hope he gets the help he needs in the summer because I really think we are 3 maybe 4 players away from a title push. Another top CB and RW. Not saying we’d win it but definitely be in the conversation.

Best thing about today is that it’s totally wiped out any significance of losing to Villa. Back to a 5 point gap and goal difference made up
