Match: The final Goal: Isak in the final, the moment I realised we would win a cup Moment: DB, Tripps and Jamaal lifting the cup Player: Tonali, Tino and Schär

I actually think people forget very easily/fast. If you actually remember how it was during the Steve Bruce days, you're not trigger happy now.

Hall would have been the obvious answer
-
I agree, it’s not an excuse, that was my point. I think he’s changed the way we play, gone away from the high intensity pressing to cope with the number of games, and that has cost us. Instead we should rotate more, but injuries haven’t helped
-
Have to pass it quicker there Gordon
-
Hall is fucking mint
-
Wolt not attacking the goal again. He did it against Chelsea. Don’t get it
-
They were all great against Chelsea though
-
We had been the better team when they scored. All them now.
-
Lewis fucking Hall. What a player
-
He's too boring. A robot.

Hopefully he can build on the performance against Chelsea where his movement looked much better. Nick seems a great guy, but too often he's looked slow to react in the box and it's been frustrating watching him halting attacks by dropping and wanting the ball to be played to his feet rather than stretching play and attacking the goal. Still, his qualities are obvious and so far he's scored a goal every second game in his first PL season, can't complain really. To me he looks like an unconventional #10 although I have to say, I can't really get my head around him as a player. He looked much better v Chelsea obviously and let's not forget he's still young, at a new club, in a new country.

Feels like we always play these around Christmas.

Wilfried Nancy masterclass

He was also absolutely terrible. Even in today's game Elanga has a shot just outside of the post and plays a ball in at the end that could have led to something. That would be one of Obertan's better performances. Elanga has been poor, very poor in fact, but he's clearly a better footballer than Gabriel Obertan.
-
Yeah this Obertan comparison has to stop.
-
Yes, he's not controlling the penalty area and isn't good enough at claiming crosses but on the other hand his passing and throwing is excellent and he seems to be an OK shot stopper. I don't think there's that much between him and Pope honestly overall. Pope slightly better but his inability to control a football with his feet does my head in.

Very disappointing considering that first half.

Not really seeing that tbh. Showed great movement v Fulham

GOD I thought he scored. Fucking brilliant from Bruno
