Tried to gather my thoughts before commenting on the match directly. I can handle losing a game when the opposition were the better team, but the nature of that defeat was pretty much indefensible. We looked hapless and reserved from minute one. I honestly couldn't tell you what Howe wanted from them today. Meek and the posturing at the end was that of losers letting their frustrations spill over. There needs to be some serious torches lit under a few arses in the wake of not just this game, but a very apparent pattern of play this season.

Is the setup just wrong for this lad? Just feel like his pace isn't being used in behind, and he seems completely incapable of playing actual football. Defenders don't seem bothered by his pace because he's incapable of doing anything with it, can't beat a man and can't cross.

Barely a peep from them mind. But I'm sure they were seeing the same thing as the rest of us, too much respect for the opposition and a feeling of resignation that we were never digging ourselves out of the mess.

I think Ramsey will be fine if nothing spectacular at Newcastle. My point was lesser players have achieved more when you stated he will achieve fuck all. Willock is done and has been for a few seasons now. I'm not going to argue players don't pass their usefulness dates as the team evolves(or at least attempts to in our case).

I'm unsure what you mean I'm just saying willock won a cup with us, you likened Ramsey to willock whilst also saying he'll leave without achieving anything. Stranger things can happen, Danny simpson has a PL winners medal after all!
