From the outside looking in, the West Brom sacking looks harsh, but obviously I'm not watching the team week in and week out.

As I said previously: Pickford has been turd this season. He's not without talent, at times he can be a strong shot-stopper. I just think he struggles with the mental side of the game. Doesn't focus for the full 90 mins, can be erratic, and on Saturday, it was just counter-productive trying to wind up the Toon fans.
