  1. Huddersfield have done really well to pick up 2 draws in 4 days, away to City and Chelsea like.
  2. We played fairly well, just finishing let us down (again). Still bottom line, it was vital we stayed up and we've done it.
  3. We played pretty well there, Spurs were gash. Surely they can't be as bad 2nd half.
  4. Massive point for Huddersfield.
  5. As opposed to quietly celebrating staying up? Nar, it'll be celebrated as if they've defied all odds, instead of breathing a sigh of relief that 3 established PL clubs collectively out s*** them. So if they got the same amount of points as they might end up on now but got them all in the last 4 weeks of the season instead of earlier in the season that's fine and they can celebrate? Nonsense man. It's Huddersfield. Let them enjoy it. It's got fuck all to do with when they collect points 35 points would have pretty much seen them relegated for the last 3 seasons. Had even 1 of the current 3 established PL teams in the bottom three had an ounce of ability, they'd be above Huddersfield. Aye they have 35 points and it's most likely going to stay that way with their fixtures, but the shitness of the bottom 3 is keeping Huddersfield safe as it stands. If Soton get 1 win, it's bye bye Huddersfield. If Huddersfield get to 38+ points then aye you've earned it. So what? If Huddersfield stay up, they will be buzzing. "Ooh we're staying up but we ONLY got 35 points so we're not celebrating" You're usually a really good poster, but this is a super strange viewpoint to have.
  6. Coventry/Morecambe need a point each to get in play offs/stay up. Nailed on draw?
  7. Stoke and Leicester wins today, with maybe Southampton/Swansea draws would set things up really nicely for the run in.
  8. As opposed to quietly celebrating staying up?
  9. Same here and I’d have Hughton back here any day if we were to lose Rafa, he’s proving himself to be a very capable manager. Aye, he's clearly proved he's a good solid manager.
  10. I hope not, he's absolutely shite. Absolutely shite? Bit harsh
  11. Got 0-0, 1-0 type of a game written all over this.
  12. Really pleased for Chris Hughton, my second favourite after Rafa. I don't mind Brighton either, they fully deserved the win.

    The Don FFS Such weirdos.
  15. Real rarely keep a clean sheet even against the real dross of La Liga. On paper, the game should finish about 5-4. True, but i mean Roma are a very bad team and they've put 6 past them. Benzema/Bale/Ronnie/Isco. It prob goes against most peoples opinnion but im not sold on Trent Alexander Arnold. Gets caught out a lot imo A very bad team  Okay mate. Not sure whats funny about that. The way liverpool took them apart in the first leg was one of the most embarrassing displays I've seen. Their back four is absolutely horrible, De Rossi is most likely finished, Keeper is awful, el-Shaarawy has bounced around loan clubs. Dezeko and Naingolan are good footballers, but as a side they are bang average. I dunno how much Serie A you watch but they are not a good side. In CL terms they are a bad side. The barca result was just odd, they got dicked away. What's funny is you said Roma were a "very bad" team. A "very bad" team doesn't qualify for the Semi-Finals of the Champions League without conceding a goal at home. Fair enough, if you said "I don't rate them that highly, I think they're an average team" - then you can debate and discuss that point. But they're clearly not a "very bad" team. Plenty of bad times get far in tournaments man. It's hardly groundbreaking. I can honestly say the 5-0 they went down in that semi is some of the worst defending and performance I'v ever seen at that level. They are miles behind in Serie A, I don't think they are a good side at all. Sometimes there is team that gets farther than they should. Roma are that side They're 3rd in Serie A with a average of 2 points a game. Got to semi-finals of Champions League, and have beaten Chelsea and Barca 3-0 this season. You can't fluke your way to 3rd in the League/Semi final of Champions League FFS Roma certainly aren't a great side or anything, but to say their a "very bad" team is a strange and slightly embarrassing viewpoint tbh.

  18. Brentford and Bradford goals needed for £40 off £1.25 man. Shame.
  19. If we could find a way of hooking it up to a turbine we could all be off fossil fuels tomorrow The workrate has been great in this thread, everybody's had their say (many times aswell) I am interested to see how he does at World Cup tbf.
  20. Such an offensive title. I'm fuming. It's embarrassing. Enjoy that he scored against the Mackems, but don't fucking make it embarrassing. Just fucking don't, mate. Yeah?! It's a bit silly like, but I don't find it embarrassing. It will just be a temp title for a week probs.
