It really is stupid from Gayle. It's like he expects play to stop as it is so he can get in the box. Maybe if he was in his proper position and playing in and around the box, there wouldn't be a problem. He is not a right or left sided player never has been and never will be Yeah sure, no one was saying he is, but it's just stupid what we're seeing. Just swap Fraser and Gayle around it makes more sense.

Every time Gayle picks up the ball on the left, he then waits for Fraser to do a switch jogs into the box and nothing happens. Happened on three occasions, what's it about? Literally don't understand what's going on here.

Why are Gayle the striker and Fraser the winger playing each other's position? Its utterly stupid.

Joelinton's best attribute is guarding the ball or hold up play and he can pass reasonably. He would be better off as a midfielder or just a sub. They're literally just doing it to justify their stupidity in being advised to flog 40m on him. Its 100% about someone's ego. Surely not even a meat head like Bruce really wants to use him, he's probably been told he has to though.

Joelinton offers us more than Carroll I disagree, he's utterly s***. Theres f*** all evidence to suggest he offers more other than he's played more minutes than everyone at the club. It’s to suit the formation though isn’t it? He’s played as a wide forward, which doesn’t suit Gayle and Carroll. Fraser definitely won’t be playing as a traditional CF. I mean I’d rather we mixed it up and played 4-3-3 but maybe Bruce/Jones want to stick with the this formation. So you think Joelinton is playing wide? We'll see.
