It's like he knew that photo was going to accompany an example of how shit he's been. Has anyone got an annual one from when he was here? Id like to compare.

Did he play 1 up top at Madrid?

You on about Sigurdsson? Its probably unlikely but Swans want Mitro so you never know. We had Ritchie & Diame choose the championship over the PL also if swans are going down anyway and we are on the up its a better option. I know where id rather play, and i know what gaffer id choose out of Bradley or Raffa to play under. Carr watch Sigurdsson for a number of seasons all the way back to his Reading days. I get what you are saying all the same though.

If it means Colback is off or pushed further back then sounds ok to me. Priorities should be proper number 10 and winger. Nothing else is needed. Knockaert / Nathan Dyer / Montero? Maybe a cheeky swap with Sigurdsson and Mitrovic?

Looking at the midfield listed, we need an entire new one. There are only 2 (Shelvey/Ritchie) on the list premiership ready. And the pair would need to be full of confidence. Or even they would be average.

Thats ^^^^ exactly how it is.

Each week just keeps getting better ?

Who was it who said he'd outscore our strikers? Or have I made that up? He seems to burst onto the scene when he first arrives but then the goals dry up and he struggles, how many did he get in the 2nd half of the season at Cov last year? It was me, im guilty of thinking he was going carry that scoring form into the championship. My mate bottled the bet too, because early on Barnsley started well and Armstrong hit a few and we started poor. I never thought Gayle was going to take off like he has done.

Perez is playing far worse in this division, and again i beleived at the start he would have found it a doddle. So should we flog Perez also if an offer comes in?
-
Can't beleive we are wasting him in this division. Especially when he was thrown into a new side last season. He could have settled and used this league to build him up ready for the premiership. I still think he had much blame in his situation due to his 4 game ban and Gayle hit the ground running. Just seems a terrible waste. Rafa Rotates everyone else but hardly uses the strikers in a rotation. I dont think Rafa likes him much.

These and Palace going down is just beautiful.

Difficult to find and keep good English defenders. Most of the top sides always want them, especially once they get selected for the national side. I remember Cahill at Bolton a few teams watched him, nobody raved on so much but he got his England call up then all of the sudden everyone takes note. And top clubs come calling. If he does end up in an England shirt, expect the vultures to swarm.

Berahino avaliable on a bosman. Would be funny if we got him for nowt after offering 22m

Was the linesmen who flagged for the Shelvey incident. The ref gave Dummett a red because he was the last man. But both were soft all the same.

Interesting to see we have lost more than 4 other sides below us. Was really surprised to see Villa had only lost 3 and are unbeaten under Bruce.

He was better in the prem, and as crazy as this sounds "dont all attack me" better under Pardew..... Linked allegedly with Spurs,Man utd, Barca etc. I was thinking when we went down we were so lucky to have kept him, i believed he would have tore the championship to pieces, also under a fellow spaniard in Rafa he would flourish. But i think it is Purley down to not having a particular position. Hes not a number 10 he played his best football as a striker but coming off the bench like a super sub. Hes not being used effectively and should either be moved on if Rafa doesn't see him as a striker or rotated in that sub role he was so effective as.

I thought Rafa had all the authority?

You can't blame Hull and their fans for going through pal? Take a look at Shelvey, Gayle, and Gouffrans penalties and how they lacked zero conviction. They gave up with an opportunity to finish the job. Really weak no mental preparation. As far as taking pens go, they were disgusting. I'' with Tube on this one. The only time anyone of their fans showed passion was the guy in front of me who celebrated in my face after I had celebrated our goal. Everyone else showed no passion at all, even walking out of the ground they had an atmosphere like they had just drew 0-0 in a friendly match. For a team who have just got to the semi's that shocking. I got that they don't want to turn up because of the owners, but they should still have showed more passion for their team and be excited about getting so far in a cup. Not questioning what their fans are like as people or supporters. I'm saying its not their fault they went through even if they cared or not. They probably didnt want to go through, surley its likely they dont think they will win it, and it adds extra games they dont want or need when they probably would prioritise staying up over getting further in the cup or losing a final? We had the same opportunity they did at the end of 90 mins and again after 120, we bottled the pens. Its really that simple.
