Rafa would just take one nils every game. Dont think hes arsed how many strikers or goals we get. Obviously us fans want attackers on the pitch. He was forced to thow extra attackers on vs Norwich which ultimately helped see us turn that result around. So its not like he will never have the pair on the pitch together.

Gayle has been given far more time than Mitrovic so based on games its hard to judge who would be leading if they had both played similar minutes. But i knew this would happen to Mitrovic, and he has himself to blame, he gave Rafa no choice with his 4 game ban, and Gayle got the go ahead so had much more time to settle into this league. But i dont mind either,hope to see a more frequent rotation between the pair, and Ayoze whos hit a few recently. The main thing is nobody is throwing a strop, harmony is good and they're all happy to be called upon when needed, some rarely start games Atsu,Hanley, etc but give their all. Pleased with how Rafa has them all focused.

Daniel Johnson is a good player for these. They are playing well, but so are we, I think we will be stronger and the home advantage will hopefully see us get through. Will be the furthest we have been in cups in ages if we make it.

Thought Shelvey played well again,Well most of them did. The subs were spot on, Gouffran was a bit slow or seemed off today.Also much prefer Darlow in goal seems totally composed, and also prefer Yedlin at RB think yedlin had a really good game. Most will have perez as the man of the match but Shelvey just edged it because he's starting to do what we all hoped he would and that is to dictate the game.
