I'll be the 1st to hold my hands up, and admit I wasn't overjoyed when he was appointed manager.... 24 hours before it was looking like emery was gonna get the job, and a manager of his calibre, record experience etc was the type of manager I wanted, (thought we needed) however when Howe took over i was willing to give get behind him, what a fool I was for having doubts..... the turn around since January is astonishing, not in a month of Sundays would i ever predicted us finishing 11th, the turnaround in players, shelvey, Joelinton, Fraser.... and the signings, what gems have Burn and target have been, and of course Trippier and Bruno... but most importantly, for me its the way he handles himself, always dignified, professional and humble.... and in his press conferences when the media bombard him with shite about the ownership, his responses are always intelligent.... I cant thank him enough

genuinely didn't even think about saudi when I seen/ heard about the white and green kits, my 1st thought was the 99/00 away, it actually looks like a training shirt we had the same season was the same colour but had a wrap over collar like this one

said today that our kits were bound to be leaked, after villa, rangers and seville have all been leaked over the last couple of days home is nice probably unpopular opinion but I prefer thicker stripes.... like the 3rd getting 98/99 away vibes off it, which is one of our most underrated kit's imo.... nice to see royal blue back as a change colour, been a good few years... any truth in the white/ green away our is that rumours atm

didn't they have to pull the infamous 02/03 away Jersey for something along those lines? lol they had an orange away with hummel a few seasons ago and that was paired with a white 3rd kit with a red and blue sash so don't think this one will cause any controversy... A few castore kits have been leaked now rangers home and away, villa's kits, seville and I think I seen one of there European teams kits leaked to, wonder if well be leaked soon ?

not being negative or anything, loving the positivity and the feeling around the club atm.... but there's no way we are getting anything today or next week will be 0-3 at least today and maybe worse next week, but it won't take anything away from the feel factor and the great job eddie has done

there's no way the new owners haven't got the new sponsor signed and sealed at this stage, with fun88 they announced it the day they announced the new kit was coming out, was the 125 anniversary kit and they only showed you bits and pieces in the video, the cuffs and collar, and red numbers etc.... with footage from the 70s playing the background. Based on absolutely nothing, I think they'll announce the new sponsor and kit together, maybe the Thursday before the arsenal match.... it would be foolish not to release this ASAP the mood around the club hasn't been like this in a long time, decades maybe? and they should take advantage

renewed my membership in January, heading to the toon the weekend of the arsenal match (its also my stag weekend) but the last match I was at was rafas last home game against Liverpool, I remember being a member at the time but they wouldn't sell me tickets as I hadn't been to a game that season, any chance of something like that happening again ?

you got that right now prices are crazy.. in the summer of 2014 i bought the 95/97 home medium, on ebay mint condition, like not so much as a stain or snag for around 30 quid.... only thing is that I wasn't the size I was when I was 20, and it doesn't fit, but you wouldn't get that Jersey for less than 80 quid now.... been on the look out my self for the 99/01 (with brown ale logo) or the 98/99 away
