  1. Looks to me like Ashley didn't really want to sell, if those numbers are true the amount he bullshitted he wanted is there. He's playing everyone for fools again, just so he can keep the clubs money in his pocket. The man is pure and utter scum, just an evil pile of shite.
  2. Even worse, a Phil Collins tune...one of the utterly abysmal ones like Sussussudio. We're definitely in a land of confusion here Just curious if you can feel it coming in the air tonight? Not sure but if this take over happens it will be "Against All Odds" Seriously. Against All Odds? That's all you got? Yeah Phil Collins is wank, so don't know any of his guff. Well played for passing the test It gets so silly, i don't care anymore.
  3. He certainly is Aye hopes still there, but Ashley, his natural nasty streak will kill this bid i fear. From Dave Whelan (who slighted Ashley, mistaking him for hired help) to NUFC supporters, he seems to relish going to battle with & going above and beyond to shit all over his foes. So yeah, the nasty vindictive streak of his id an obstacle imo. As an aside point, as a bonus of being profitable (and an offshoot of Sports Direct). I truly believe he relishes being regarded The Man who has effectively trampled all over a city's crown jewel, at least as a competitive sporting entity. Yep, a horrible bag of shit, honestly it felt like the end game a couple of months back, but now i can't see the end of his ownership.
  4. He really does like shitting in everyone's sandpit, mind you he's right there like.
  5. Martin Samuel...a fat hairy huge headed creature, i would never stop wanting to punch that medicine ball of a head. Utterly hate him.

  7. I see it more of both sides burning their bridges. Ashley waded in first, and Staveley now sticking the knife back in by revealing what her dreams and plans would have been. Yep. It's over. And with Ashley's pure vindictiveness, i doubt he'd sell to her for standing up to him. The mans a downright idiot.
  8. make a reference us millennials can understand, grandpa! not sure but i think this is a compliment.
  9. It's not so bad if you lower your expectations a bit. If we can string together a nice move finishing with a strike that produces a save that'll do me. It's a sad state of affairs when you think 'hey i'd take a 2-0 defeat' but that's where i am right now.
  10. I'm not 100% but we only get £6m if he gets to certain criteria. 1st team appearances, if he goes on to play for his country, something along those lines. Pretty certain it's not a straight up £6m. It was less than a million. £790k or something at the moment. Sounds close to it from what i remember, add-ons galore to make anywhere near the £6m is the main thing i guess.
  11. Would you prefer it to be off? Well obviously not, but it's become a bit of a nightmare of which i suspect Bishop is having a field day with.
  12. Gameweek 24 Brighton 0 v 2 Chelsea Arsenal 3 v 1 Crystal Palace Burnley 0 v 2 Man Utd Everton 2 v 0 West Brom Leicester 2 v 1 Watford Stoke 1 v 0 Huddersfield West Ham 2 v 1 Bournemouth Man City 4 v 0 Newcastle Southampton 0 v 3 Spurs Swansea 1 v 3 Liverpool
  13. Oh ffs, on, off, on again. It's a fucking Genesis tune this lark

  15. I've been saying that since the news broke, there's only one person we all know too well, who has lied to us over and over again, screwed us over and over again in the transfer market, relegated twice, FA Cup record.....and so on. Still can't understand why everyone can't see it.
  16. Not to be pedantic, but Napoleon was actually average height for the day. Misconception down the difference between the French foot and the English foot back then. Nerd alert! Aye but i love the reply
  17. To be fair Vars is always going to be trial and error. Look at cricket they've only just got around to letting a team keep a review on a umpires call, if the ball is hitting the wicket but not enough to give it out (sounds odd i know but it makes sort of sense when you watch it). Making mistakes with Vars will only serve to improve it, well it usually does with everything else
  18. Conte is such an angry little man, proper Napoleon
