  1. I wouldn't drop Lascelles straight away, but after the intense run of fixtures we have been having, pretty sure botman will get a chance while we take the opportunity to remember what subs are
  2. Too many streaming services needed, in Australia we get all premier league and a few other leagues on Optus Sport for $10 a month* then need Stan sport for champions league which is $25 a month, carabao cup is on bein sports, fa cup is on paramount plus. With the quantity of streaming services around these days, it's no surprise that people are choosing to sale the high seas again, as the benefit that originally came with them has now disappeared
  3. Selling Miggy mid season is crazy, even if we got more then we paid for him, he’s vital to how play on the right, his work rate helps to give trippier the freedom to push forward so much. with livramento being long term replacement for trippier we will need a similar style of right winger to compliment him, so I can see us moving for a younger player with similar traits to Miggy, but until one appears at a good price I can’t see us selling Miggy
  4. Can only see us selling him if we’ve got a big upgrade coming in for RW, otherwise I think Murphy will try to stay with us until he retires.
  5. Don’t we have to wait until hanger to recall him anyway, by then we should be having players return and he will get less game time. Better to leave him there, and maintain that relationship with the club.
  6. That’s not regarding the game, he’s upset that Tindall let joelinton not him choose the teams post match meal. UEFA can’t fine him for that
  7. Lascelles shutting down Mbappe, who’d have thought we would ever say that a couple years ago
  8. If over spending is only a 10 point deduction surely there is the temptation to spend big by clubs, blow the budget but build a strong squad, take the hit one season then build from there. 10 points is a lot to risk if you’re in a relegation battle, but not so bad if you’re confident to finish top half with a handicap for 1 year. Really I think the punishment should be more severe so that it’s detrimental to those at the top end of the league not just the bottom.
  9. Was pretty good as a teen, was blessed with lightning pace and incredibly fit, I played for our schools Football, League and Union teams, but I squandered it unfortunately. I played for my region, and ended up breaking into my towns First team in the mens when I was 16. That year I was invited to go to South IAmerica to play in a youth tournament, I got to play against Gremio, San Lorenzo and Penarol. It was quite the eye opening experience, managed to put one past Gremio as well. While there, we were doing a training session at a military base fields, and we had Real Madrids scouts come along to watch us. That year i ended up scoring 46 goals in 21 games, and I was invited to come trial at QLD Roars youth team during the A Leagues early years, I was playing with them the following season, getting the chance to train alongside players that were on trial for the senior squad, while also playing for my home towns senior team and district rep teams when i probably dhoulfny have been. Unfortunately that year I injured my knee pretty badly, in what would end up being a long running recurring problem for me, and I also had a bit of a mental break down, which involved giving up the game entirely for the better part of 6 years. I still play a little bit here and there, but 2 ACL reconstructions and not looking after my health, I now tend to play as a target man, then an advanced forward because my mobility isn't what it was 20 years ago
  10. No chance the club were going to go sign Gordon in January only to use him as a bargaining chip to get Adam Armstrong. Another striker was needed, but getting one to suit our system may have not been doable for an acceptable cost. While DCL would just be another to add to the revolving of door of our Physio room alongside the rest of our strikers.
  11. Liverpool love a chance to pretend they have the moral high ground don’t they, yet every time there’s a chance to act like greedy pricks they’re first on the bandwagon.
  12. Alongside kuol, probably the best young talent coming out of Australia at the moment. A League isn’t EPL standard, but he’s 17 and played close to 40 professional games already.
  13. Kinda hope while they appeal it, the punishment is put on hold and it drags into next season when there's not a guaranteed 3 going down already
  14. Was always going to be a tough group to get out of, but it's the fact we were so close so many times that makes it feel like such a harsh loss, plus a couple more injuries. Game was just not meant to be ours
  15. Feel like Barnes would've been great for this game
  16. Feels like nothing we can do is ever going to find the back of the net
