  1. Disagree, I don't think if a game is televised the attendance will be affected. Look at us, in a season which has seen ST renewals plummet our televised games have some of our highest gates minus the Brighton game. The previously mentioned potential season pass where you pay extra to watch your club's 3pm games I'd pay for in a heartbeat. When we're away from home and it's a 3pm kick off it's such a pain in the arse trying to find a place online where it's on when I can't get to aways, I just want to watch me team.
  2. 5 points to 40, Bruce can surely fluke another 2 wins or a win and 2 draws.
  3. The crack is lifting on it like. We on about Pod on the Tyne or no? Cos the banter on that is desperate. Aye mate - proper “yer da” crack. Tried listening to it once and they were joking about Chris Waugh being called 'waffles'. Patter as dead as Bruce's dad, cringed to the point of wanting to top mesel.
  4. I've seen that. No idea what Bellamy was thinking, mind.
  5. Needs 'no Burnsie' and/or 'no Gallowgate End' in the title imo.
  6. No idea which thread to put this in, so.
  7. The club is in limbo until this is resolved, no one right now is running Newcastle United. Just get it sorted ffs.
  8. The players not wanting the club to go for the likes of Pochettino, Allegri, Rafa but instead wanting Stephen Roger Bruce to remain in charge so they can joke around on the training pitch and have a couple extra days off a week rather than trying to be part of a progressive rebuilding of the club back to being a major power in the Premier League? Just fuck off then.
  9. My kids love it, man They like clicking on the planes and seeing the pictures. Picture of your kids 'loving it'.
  10. Imagine going downstairs in your house and seeing your dad seriously plane watching on Flighttracker in case it's to do with the takeover. I'd want to top mesel.
  11. The football being naff under Rafa is a tad bit of a myth/misconception also. The reason why some of our fanbase have the perception of the football under Rafa being dour miss the entire point of why it was primarily structured and a bit more conservative then some would've liked: the players we had. 2017/18 and the first half of 2018/19 we had a poor squad. Put Almiron in the side in 2018/19 and we're one of the league's top scorers and most in-form teams from his debut onwards. In the Championship when we had the best squad in the league some of the football was very good, beating QPR and Preston (in the cup) both 6-0, hammering a then 6th placed Birmingham, being clearly the better side v Norwich at home despite what the scoreline showed, winning 8 league games on the bounce. The football under Rafa gets better in tandem with the quality of players.
  12. Roeder took us on one hell of a run, like. Especially given what went on under Souness.
  13. The mackems' kit suppliers were Lonsdale? Fitting.
  14. Well it's the mackems, plus they were already relegated before this game I think.
  15. Their deal with Liverpool is up at the end of this season iirc. For me New Balance, Adidas, Nike, Umbro in no particular order.
