Their season’s over tbf. Safety and beyt the mags. Nowt else matters. Still better than us currently, mind.
-
Dat #scouting Thankfully the source is shite.
-
I hate them.
-
2 late consolation goals 9 years apart the only goals we’ve managed down there since a 7-3 defeat in December 2012. Our record in fixtures like this is frankly an absolute disgrace tbh.
-
Them, us and Tottenham look like the 3 worst teams in the league atm.
-
Horrifically. Absentee owner, clueless DOF in Rudkin, inflated contracts to dreadful players. Can be traced back to their first relegation which should never have happened really. Waited far too long to bin Rodgers.
-
They’re so, so bad. Down to Leyg One. Not something I expected to happen inside 5 years when stood in the away end at the King Power watching us get beat 4-0 in December 2021.

If true and he’s here next season he has to get off a good start in terms of results and performances, which he’s been yet to do*, to get a good portion of SJP back on side. The ground would’ve been horrid if Bournemouth went 2 up on Saturday in the first half. If this season ends as expected and it’s another slow start next season I can’t see the ground being a nice place for Newcastle to play football. That only goes one way. *performances were mostly there in 22-23 tbf but took until October for the wins to come

Whilst I agree with what you're saying, if he was to be going I'd rather they make that decision as soon as possible so SJP can give him the send off he deserves rather than the negative quasi pressure cooker atmospheres that I feel like could build in the remaining 2 home games. If the ball Bournemouth fizzed across the Gallowgate 6 yard line at 0-1 was turned in on Saturday I think it'd have got a bit nasty and he doesn't deserve that.
-
Wasn't aware he had a football related one. But nah. Bloke's a full on grifter.
-
Felt too dirty typing it out. Listen to most NUFC podcasts at the gym on the treadmill bar that Pod on the Tyne one.
-
Heard on a podcast that we've now lost the same number of home games in the league this season than we did in 2008-09 with 2 still to go.

I do and I’m on a run of 10 aways unbeaten, winning 9 (would’ve been 10/10 if Gordon netted that penalty at Goodison) but I’m going with my brother who’s general record watching us is appalling and is yet to see us win away from home.
-
Wouldn’t be so sure. £6.80 and £6.90 in the Town Wall and Head of Steam yesterday. You’ll find cheaper in various Camden pubs. Just need to know where to go.
-
Going to this. Purely going for the pints tbph.

If Haaland hits the deck that’s a red. The one Schar got sent off for last season was less vociferous than that. Gabriel’s a fucking rancid bloke. Would pay to piss next to the cunt if he was writhing about on fire.
-
Nah, but I can’t see when we next win a game especially with how we’re playing and we play 2 sides below us in the remaining 5. Plus a few fixtures in there that we haven’t done well in in recent years (Brighton and West Ham at home). On top of Arsenal away next where we’ll almost certainly get nowt but a comfortable defeat.
-
Most obvious late winner. Everton totally ran out of steam.
-
Can’t have it both ways by saying Howe won us a trophy last season but it’s the players that are the reason for the risible football that’s been served up pretty much all season this time round.
-
Same source that I was told about Joelinton’s drunk driving charge before it broke in the press. Could be a load of shite like. But wouldn’t surprise me.
-
Bit of ITK bollocks to take with a pinch of salt but thought I’d share; he and Howe had a row at training on Friday. Think he’s away tbh. Whilst I won’t shed any tears he’s still probably our best attacker, or player in the attack capable of actually doing something in possession. If the 3 wingers that got on the pitch for us yesterday are 3 of our main choices for those positions next season then we are in serious bother.
