Why on earth didn't we bin this c*** after the 5-1 Chelsea mauling. Almost 3 weeks to prepare for 2 winnable games in Stoke away and Bournemouth at home at a training camp would've been perfect for Rafa...mongs.

I thought this from his interview the other day. He's saying it in a pointed way too. Yeah, exactly. He looks like he's fuming when he says it too. Could've sworn someone warned us that he started coming out with similar comments when he started getting screwed by the Liverpool board?

Started at Villareal, unhappy spell at Man City, got mojo back at Arsenal, legend at AC Milan.

I'm in two minds. Think back to the quality in that 12-13 squad but with Rafa as manager, bringing in players that are at the same level as Ba, Cisse, Cabaye, Debuchy, Ben Arfa, Enrique, Coloccini etc but that are all players that he wants and who work within his system. On that basis I think we'd definitely be in and around Everton tbh. That's when we should've went for him (Rafa, that is). Pardew had us confirming survival in the penultimate game at QPR thanks to Bosingwa after 2 consecutive humiliations at home, we had a team with some quality (Cabaye, Ben Arfa) and all it needed was some players of their ilk and strength in depth. Rafa left Chelsea at the end of that season. Shame, really.

Hopefully we get another iffy penalty in the first 10 minutes like last season. The 2 goals in the first half last season shut the crowd right up, hopefully we can have a similar start again this time round. Especially as they'll probably bring those horrid clapper things out.

I just want to enjoy it whilst he's here. Fretting about him leaving time after time gets really tedious more than worrying, analysing every intricate detail of his quotes in the press and doing detective work to try and link it to Ashley et al is just as soporific now. IMO.

If he so desperately wanted to stamp on him, at least try and shatter the cunt's kneecap, otherwise what's the point of doing it?

f***ing ditched the European Football Show didn't they. Probably should have bothered to watch it more They did. They still show Serie A though? Was going to follow it this season. Only was going to watch it for when we're on it and the big Serie A games.

Would never happen due to TV companies being cunts unfortunately. For example, assorted possible games like Bradford PA v Man City, Liverpool v Chelsea, Leeds v Man Utd, Stockport v Spurs would be televised if they were in a cup. With the amount of pairings you could get, they'd have a hard time picking them for TV. Not that I think it's a problem, just have some of them Saturday 3pm, but I doubt they'd see it that way.

BT Sport. Everything about it; the 'bantz' amongst the presenters and the pundits, the pundits themselves: it's pretty much all Liverpool or Man Utd pundits who disregard clubs outside of the top 7 (I remember when we drew 0-0 at Old Trafford under McClaren, Scholes comes out with 'United should be beating teams like this'), it's awful adverts and the fact they have 3 or more fucking commentators. The only modicum of good about it is 5:30 Saturday kick offs, especially at home are good craic.
