  1. Forest away again would be err...interesting. The shittest team of that whole lot at home please, though.
  2. That Portsmouth game forever tarnished me as a 6 year old, that absolute shitshow.
  3. I love Newcastle. Northumberland Street is a major downside but the rest, especially Grey Street, is beautiful. I'm going to Manchester in January as I'm going to Man City away () with a Man City supporting mate, him in the home end and me in the Toon end, and I doubt Manchester will be able to compare like.
  4. He's got me curious, not as excited as someone like Vazquez or Correa would have me but I'm curious to see what he's like. He's incredibly likeable as a lad and I hope he tears it up.
  5. Andre Gray to Watford confirmed.
  6. 'At Newcastle you need a player like an entertainer, someone who'll get fans off their seats' You had one, how'd that go you massive cunt? Livid.
  7. Can't believe I'm entertaining watching this utter s****.
  8. Them 2 bell ends talking about Rafa
  9. So, League Cup draw is on Thursday after the mackem game, was thinking can we only be drawn vs League 1 and League 2 sides in the 2nd round due to the 13 PL clubs and the Championship clubs that got through the last round being seeded or is there no seeding with Championship clubs and we can be drawn against one?
  10. He was. Ran his bollocks off as well. The West Ham, Watford and Sheff Wed () defeats showed him and McClaren both up after.
  11. That is class, hes giving the look of I have well & truly clocked you taking a sly pic
  12. Him fewmin here in March last year is always worth a watch.
  13. I still get/feel a buzz, mind. Especially last season. Perhaps it's an age thing, younger fans feel it more than older. Probably because the latter are more used to the misery.
  14. And Benitez knew this before he took the job. I can't be arsed with this will he won't he walk nonsense and to be honest if he does then we've lost a good manager but one who knew what he was getting into. I don't want to be in a situation where were are crapping ourselves every day in case he gets upset and walks out, it's ridiculous. Been trying to put my thoughts into words and you've pretty much nailed it. It's always going to be a house of cards under Ashley, but I'd rather not worry about that every single day. I'd rather enjoy the ride, as enervating as that ride is.

  16. *Checks age* Ooohf. So your first memory is probably...what? Souness? My first game was an FA Cup game at home to Mansfield Town. Shearer scored the winner with 10 minutes to go I think. Grim game. January '06 it was so it is Souness, aye. First season ticket 2007/08, Allardyce in charge with Ashley in his first year
  17. Nostalgia...yeah...not a lot to be nostalgic about for me.
  18. Absolute scenes when that lad stuck it top bins for us Just had a watch of it again
  19. Article translates roughly to Rafa Benitez's Newcastle wants Lucas Perez The arrival of Adrián to Deportivo seems to be in a matter of hours. And it seems that the Rafa Benitez's Newcastle has taken the lead in the race to sign Lucas Perez. Newcastle is willing to put the €15 million requested by Arsenal on the table. Wenger still has Coruñes. In fact, in the Super Cup against Chelsea, Lucas Perez did not have any minutes.
  20. I haven't seen it for years either. Only thing from it I have recently seen was Newcastle and Brighton fans having a volley challenge thing the day before the last game of last season.
