Considering £3.5m broke their record transfer with their first signing then what did you expect them to do? Would you have been happy then if we'd spent £40m on the players Huddersfield had? Mooy at a push but Huddersfield were always going to get him after last season, I doubt it. Harder to spend money when you want quality. Just taking the piss due to how slow we do business, and many have resorted to guessing which Murphy brother is which due to an eyebrow scar.

Hope he stays fit and does well for us this season.

Huddersfield are smashing their transfer records multiple times this window and we're playing a game of guess who on Twitter sick of this window already Rafa must know we don't have a large budget so is looking at these lower cost players, but the way we conclude business is fucking irritating. Thinking back to Lejeune, we knew he was signing 2 weeks or so before he was announced, what the fuck was that about? Argh. Just end this window already.

No clue, and it is incredibly frustrating. The thing I'm desperately clinging on to is the fact that Rafa is still here, so something must be happening behind the scenes in terms of bringing players in. Surely?

I'd say we are buying more potential than the finished article at the moment, I would prefer a more experienced winger tbh. Like who though? That's the job of our scouting & coaching team. I think we'll need more experience if we are to avoid a relegation battle. We do, but probably not in this position. Young erratic wingers can be more dangerous than an experienced one, especially if they have energy and pace. We probably need a wiser head at the back, probably why Rafa is looking at older goalkeepers to calm down the relatively young back line. Ideal world would be an experienced centre back with leadership qualities but I think that's now out of the picture. Next would be a leader in the centre of the pitch, someone to calm Shelvey and or bring along Hayden. Again could be why we're looking at Samaris and probably would have him if the fee was a few mill lower. Agreed. No idea why we aren't looking at Delph for CM. Within our price range and he's proven in the PL, and he was captain at Villa(?).
