I was also in the clock stand paddock, Fulwell end for that one with my brother, when it went in he said "fucking O'Brien man". Was in the Fulwell in 85, said brother was in the clock stand seats with a Sunderland friend who pointed me out to him, walking past the clock stand covered in hockle, and in the main stand seats for the no away fans game, the scariest by far. If pointed out, and there were a few who could have, I'd have been fecked. Me now thinks " What the fuck were you doing" but for me then it was just "gannin to the match".
