  1. Haven't been on for this half but, even tho we're winning 3 zip, I see there's always gotta be a whipping boy. Longstaff today.
  2. Ashby starting again, right wing, for Swansea.
  3. Tbf they play some decent football normally. Just lightweight and never have a striker. Apart from that they're wank. How big's the garden like? You live in Darras Hall?
  4. I'm a sad cunt with snide TV so have been watching these scruffs for years. Usually until they score then I turn it over ? Granted it was mostly 3rd tier football but him, Roberts, Stewart and Clark were the only ones that ever stood out. Couple of loanees, obvs, but the rest are dross. Even £35m Neil
  5. Apparently he's shit anyway. Looked half decent against us, compared to the rest that is.
  6. Rafferty's Jukebox is a bit unhinged mind ? Who's he on here? ??
  7. If it wasn't for FFP we could buy the cunt tonight then loan him back stipulating he can't play against us
  8. Beat me to it. "Independent Regulator" my arse, as Jim Royle would say. OFGEN, OFCOM, OFWAT et al. Absolute scam.
  9. Think I did it at the same time you were replying. I'd forgot to add the screenshot ???
  10. That James McConnell lad (19) for Liverpool looked canny. Only found out yesterday he's one of my former colleague's sons. I thought he was at Sunderland. Family from Heaton but Morpeth now. Another one "slipped through the net" Our academy set up has been woeful for ever.
  11. Tbf, and I'm old, old school, those are shit stats all round ? What constitutes a "tackle" these days? Midfielders as well, should launching themselves all over the gaff. Those figures should be cards not tackles ??
  12. Far more attention being given to the AFCON than Asian Cup, for obvious reasons but still some interesting games/set ups. Australia, Japan, South Korea and Saudi must be favourites with the latter two playing each other tomoz. Nice to see Palestine in the last 16.
  13. Pity we can't afford Pedro Neto
  14. Apart from having them, routinely, at Wembley taking away the special nature of an actual Wembley final it also gives southern clubs/fans an easy ride. Geographically neutral venues were class. Obviously, for us, that would've been Hillsborough, Old Trafford or Villa Park
  15. This. Neutral (not Wembley) venue was brilliant. Great day out for both sets of fans and a canny earner for the host town/city/club
  16. Someone needs to post, somewhere, "can we play Sunderland every week?" ?
  17. Did Lee Dixon just fall asleep listening to his own patter
