Seriously tho, I'm not sure why the people that run woman's football in the UK haven't done what the Ploympic rowing/cycling teams have done, for over a decade, and targeted young girls with attributes that fit the sport/position and train them up.

In reply to an NUFC fan questioning Schar only being on the bench a kid on twitter suggested it speaks volumes of the job Howe's done and puts the "money" aspect in perspective. Schar bench, Bruno bench, Pope bench, Wilson bench, Botman didn't make the squad, Joe didn't make the squad. All major players for us.
