Chelsea's historical issues might run them close. Further - although it seems they've got away with it given the announcement from the PL the other day - the Deloitte Money League numbers just came out and their women's team had an income of 11.3m but they valued their self-sale-purchase as 200m (10% sale for 20m). You wouldn't, but by extrapolation that puts us at being worth 5.6bn! What's interesting with these figures is it shows Arsenal's income at 717m Euros, yet I thought Keiran McGuire's numbers were closer to 380m GBP / 425m Euro. They wouldn't have jumped that much in a year.
