This thread has me reminiscing about Stella Pizza that was in the alley behind Worswick Street bus station.

My "We are Newcastle" surfer mini just arrived today, and the quality is superb! Nice thick material and the names are easy to read. Unfortunately, they don't line up with https://worflags.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/WAN-Surfer-Find-Your-Name.pdf or the individual images so I've not been able to locate our names on the actual flag! I checked a few start of sections, and they are off. For example, under the inner point of the star under the A of Newcastle there is "Bullock" on the PDF/graphic but the flag says "White". Is there an updated PDF?

Was Elland Road included? The BBC piece doesn't explicitly state it was, but does say the ground needs structural work. There was talk the owner had used the ground as collateral for the Sampdoria purchase, but maybe he has swapped it all for hard $. If not, then it really shows what a bargain we were. This 56% deal cost £170m on top of whatever they paid for the earlier 44%. He only paid £45m for the lot six years ago. Likes of Bates (and Ashley) must be fuming.
