Cant really argue with that, tbh. I think his problem is that he lets his ego run away with him. Usually a high always seems to come with a fall for him. He came off great from the Logan Paul stuff, not long after he went out and started spending money he didn’t have, and perhaps being more reckless with his texting, than might have been wise. I don’t think they’ve done bad really. They’ve improved the training ground, expanded the stadium, brought Klopp, won the league and champions league, and increase commercial revenue, and put in place a decent scouting system. It’s difficult to compete when you have a number of very wealthy owners, both at the top end and lower down , plus the huge revenue streams of Manchester United, it’s very difficult to keep up even with Liverpool’s very own huge revenue streams.

Eurgh. Combine this with some of true recent troubles at home, some of our lot need to have a word with themselves. from the Southampton forum: 5 Newcastle fans in the chapel set about a saints fan while 10 stewards sat and watched and did nothing .. could see it all from itchen south ! Not even fellow saints fans helped him ! Held his own for a while but was inevitably knocked to the ground … no police nothing ! Newcastle fans just moved to higher empty seats and carried on watching the game like nothing happened .
