Dortmund or Hoffenheim for me... depending on how being much success I allow for.

I guess the point is, who decides what's reasonable? I'm not entirely sure the Saudi lawyers would be able to argue against it if there's even the slimmest chance that an accusation could hold even a small amount of truth. Then again, if this Arabsat is owned by as many countries as it's suggested then I don't see how any one of them can be held solely accountable as a country, surely it would be down to the head of the department in that country who ran their participation being liable? In a normal company it's the CEO that holds ultimate responsibility isn't it? Not the shareholders. (I'm clutches at straws here based on assumptions that I know little about )

What possible validity could these 'new' legal documents have that would hold any bearing what-so-ever on the FA's decision? Have the Saudi government been convicted somewhere that we've missed? No. That's all there is to it, if they documents were worth anything at all they would have been used already in a court to pursue a criminal conviction... and they've not. The FA have got no excuse to keep delaying based on allegations made by disgruntled opponents that hold a potential conflict of interest in the outcome of our takeover.

https://www.skysports.com/football/news/29326/11985102/league-one-and-league-two-season-return-extremely-unlikely-says-gary-neville Would be excellent karma to see Coventry miss out on promotion, solely because Richard 'Furry-Fister' Keys would be gutted... shame for the club and the other fans, but Keys deserves it.

Newcastle United Managers - The Premier League Years
Armchair Pundit replied to Rafalove's topic in Football
1 Keegan(1st spell) 2 Sir Bobby 3 Rafa 4 Keegan(2nd spell) 5 Hughton 6 Roeder 7 Dalglish 8 Pardew 9 Bruce 10 Allardyce 11 Gullitt 12 Souness 13 McClaren 14 Kinnear 15 Carver Thinking back, I can't believe Glenn Roeder got so high in my list. That said, I guess there was also a couple of others that could have been included, Big Al had a few games, Nigel Pearson as well (albeit as a caretaker). Strangely, I then got thinking about the time I was on holiday during the 97/98 pre-season and remembered reading a back page headline of "Oldcastle" because we'd just signed Ian Rush and John Barnes... not sure what triggered that memory. -
Why do the pitches look like they have been uprooted by a major earthquake? Class what they could do with proper planning by a man with a project in mind. We have a manager who thinks of bacon at a press conference. f***ing embarassing. They look like a bunch of paddy fields on the side of a hill to me, all the different levels.

With Man City potentially being banned from European competition for two years due to FFP breaching, would it be feasible for our club to intentionally do the same, knowing that it would allow us to get the team more up to speed domestically to cover the playing of the next couple of seasons, then pushing on to Europe thereafter? I mean, we wouldn't be in Europe next season anyway and the following season could be used to establish our squad at home and get better revenue in to the club commercially. Man City didn't win anything in their first season and it'd give the squad time to gel a decent spine.

I'd still prefer Rafa back but Poch is a close second I guess, he seems like a nice enough chap and did a good job at the Spuds until The Snake Levy tied his hands on transfers.

https://www.footballinsider247.com/exclusive-the-only-two-newcastle-players-safe-from-the-axe-named-amid-big-sky-update/ Saying the only two players safe after the takeover would be Dúbravka and Saint-Maximin. I'd chuck Lacelles and Almiron in there too personally, maybe the Longstaffs as well. Also, I wonder if Joelinton would actually be worth keeping if he was played in position by a decent manager.

I wouldn't put it past Ashley to try and inflict the worst next owner on us possible, one that has the least amount of potential to improve us. He's spiteful and vindictive enough to want to stitch us up one last time as long as he's getting the same fee paid for the club, I can't imagine he's going to want to see someone come in and show how much of a dogsh*t owner he was or more importantly, see the fans be happy.
