Not tosh at all. You can't separate Ashley being involved and change all the meaning to suit your trademark 'everyone thinks like me' guesswork, mate. The new owners were just one part of a takeover. You never heard of pull and push factors like? You're effectively trying to claim that the pull factor (the new owners) was the only factor in all of this for supporters and that the push factor (Ashley) didn't factor in for anyone. It's just a basic fact that a vote for a takeover isn't ONLY a vote for the new owners for everyone.

Yeah and being in favour of the takeover going ahead and being in favour of the owners is not the same thing. That's just a basic fact. You can't ignore the context, that we were all absolutely desperate to get rid of Ashley.

Newcastle fans didn't 'vote in favour of these owners' they voted in favour of a takeover of these owners FROM Mike Ashley. Big difference

I think in some ways the forum is more akin to the real world tbh. Or at least it has a wider spread of views evenif they'renot all equallyrepresentative of a majority. All of us on here have our own bubbles, but it's on here that we talk to other fans from other bubbles.

People talk about him getting back to his Rafa form, but honestly I think they're completely different players. Under Rafa my memory of him is being neat and tidy, disciplined, well positioned. Under Howe he's all action, takes risks, never stops.
