    Jesse Lingard

https://www.90min.com/posts/newcastle-make-10m-loan-offer-for-jesse-lingard Newcastle United have made a fresh move for Jesse Lingard and have offered Manchester United £10m to loan the England midfielder for the rest of the season, 90min understands. Newcastle and Man Utd have been locked in talks for most of January and as yet the two clubs have not come to agreement, but the Magpies have now made an offer that they expect to be accepted. Newcastle are ready to offer Lingard around £150,000-a-week for the rest of the season, plus a huge bonus if he keeps them up and there will be no commitment on his side to stay, although there will be a contract offer for him. Should Newcastle fail to bring in Lingard, we understand that the Magpies have held talks in the last week about possible deals for Tottenham's Dele Alli and Chelsea's Ross Barkley.

  4. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-10430753/Newcastle-hope-pip-Premier-League-rivals-signing-50-million-rated-Yves-Bissouma.html Newcastle will hold fresh talks today over a move for Brighton midfielder Yves Bissouma. Aston Villa still hold interest in Bissouma but are exploring other options, so the door is open for Newcastle to make an approach for a player they had earmarked at the beginning of the window. Brighton want £50million for the Mali international, 25, who has 18 months left on his contract. Meanwhile, Newcastle are ready to discuss personal terms with Bayer Leverkusen left back Mitchel Bakker as they look to finalise a deal worth around £16m for the 21-year-old Holland international. They are also continuing their talks with Sevilla for defender Diego Carlos. Tottenham expect Newcastle to make an approach for midfielder Dele Alli as well. Newcastle are awaiting news from Manchester United on how much they want for Jesse Lingard but if that deal continues to falter then Alli, 25, has been put forward as an alternative for them.
  5. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-10427555/Newcastle-Watford-considering-loan-Leicester-City-midfielder-Hamza-Choudhury.html Leicester City midfielder Hamza Choudhury is being considered for a late loan deal by Watford and Newcastle United. The England Under-21 international has impressed with his versatility, playing in an unfamiliar centre-back role after being called upon during a defensive injury crisis. Can we afford the loan fee this time?
