  1. Bruce will be so smug now that he's convinced Ashley to spend some money just like he told us he would 8 months ago

If I was a top player I would want at least one free transfer to try and maximise my singing on fee

    Transfer rumours

I take it nobody wants ASM, Wilson or Ritchie?
  6. It wasn't every Man U fan that protested it was a hard core few with the same agenda, we have the same at Newcastle however they gave up on Ashley years ago, the closest we have now is the away support.
  7. Sanchez Foster Shaw Alexander-Arnold Tsimikas Salah Fernandes Raphinha Greenwood Toney Antonio Ings Foster Amartey Ayling Brownhill
  8. I'm taking fanteam pretty serious this season so I joined football fix, I can post their latest concensus team if you want a few ideas.

I don't know why everyone is panicking, it's not like we don't have midfielders that can step in with his goal scoring record, have we even seen Jeff in a Newcastle shirt since we stole him from Burnley ?
  12. Another reason why Bruce is a lucky lucky man and will survive another season

Willock out, we want no big shots here.
  16. The Premier Leagues updated standards are taking the piss out of us. At the Premier League, the following values influence the way we think, communicate and behave with each other and the world around us: Ambitious: Playing the world’s most competitive and compelling football. Striving for excellence in everything we do. Thinking big; not setting any unnecessary limits or barriers. Inspiring: Sharing everyone’s excitement and passion for the game. Creating experiences that excite people and invigorate lives. Remembering that we are fans too. Connected: Being for everybody, everywhere. Being easy and open to work with. Listening as well as talking Fair: Being objective, responsible and trustworthy. Safeguarding the integrity of the game. Thinking of tomorrow when making decisions for today We use these values to determine what we do and say and they underpin our purpose: to support our clubs in putting on the best possible football and to inspire fans, communities and partners alike to invigorate lives across the globe. This Statement of Principles outlines the standards and behaviours required to conduct our business ethically and to comply with the law. Everyone who works for or on behalf of the Premier League ("Premier League Personnel") is expected to uphold these high standards. Integrity: We expect all Premier League Personnel to conduct themselves with integrity and in a manner that reflects positively on the image of the Premier League and football in general. We expect all Premier League Personnel to be reliable, professional, honest and trustworthy both in dealings with each other and third parties. This guiding principle informs the others that follow, and encompasses all aspects of our activities.
  17. I thought we would be cert for relegation but Norwich, Brentford and Watford not to mention Palace and Burnley look like they will stink the place out and Bruce gets another free ticket into next season

This Willock deal is taking some time, it's almost as though he's waiting for a better deal to happen.
  19. The easy ride Mike Ashley gets off the local press is embarrassing, I went to a talk in a few years ago and the general feeling with the press guys was "Newcastle have no debt, they live within their means and are well ran unlike other clubs that pile up loans" Nobody will challenge him because they get a ban and its their job to cover Newcastle, John Gibson is the only man calling them out, but nobody reads or listens to him.

Don't get me wrong I think he's a great player but why does nobody else?

What are we seeing in Willock that nobody else does ?
  22. Aye, I can't see why they can't put their own money in, it's the leverage buy outs that should be stopped but those are the ones that go through the quickest.
