I'm glad to see NUFC opposed it. I honetly thought someone might try to buy mike off before he packs his bags.
-
Stronger in his stance than Klopp. Hopefully, Man city pull out.

No. They’re billionaires pouring money into their investments. It’s business. When it comes to the crunch they couldn’t give a shit about Manchester or its people.
-
Out of all the clubs’ representatives in the meeting today, we are the ones I worry about. Mike is by far the most easily corruptible. He wants out and couldn’t give a shit what football looks like after he’s left. If the greedy 6 want to bribe one of the little 14 to leverage things behind enemy lines, Mike’s their man.
-
And when they were only halfway in they were neither in nor out
-
I thought they didn’t have any legal right to ban them from the league??
-
Fuck them. They’ve been as quiet as mice since the news broke.
-
Any player or manager from the big 6 who doesn’t speak out is a coward and a cnut. It’s as simple as that for me.
-
Players and managers only care about money. Klopp personified that tonight. Coward.
-
Spend more? They won’t need to. They can finish bottom and pick up their share of the 4 billion every year.
-
Will they walk the walk though? I’ll respect them when they are handing transfer requests and generally make themselves a nuisance for their clubs

Seoul is full of massive lads fans. Do you not read RTG?
-
The FA could just make sure that the England manager never picks ESL players. They'd have the full support of the country.
-
Which other teams do you like and think are worth following if English football gans to shit? The Bundesliga sounds appealing. I quite Leipzig. Good football, outsiders, former DDR. Owned by Red Bull though. That's offputting. I used to watch South Shields years ago, before the takeover. It's full of mackems now though. And it's overpriced. Perhaps I'll just go completely left field and start supporting a Swedish team.

It would absolutely feel artificial. The intensity wouldn’t be there. But will the kids in China and India mind?
-
True, but they do still like their world cups. I couldn't see someone with Ronaldo or Haaland's drive sacking off their country. You'd have to think the likes of Bayern, Dortmund, PSG (for now), oil-rich Newcastle and a few other good sides would become pretty attractive places to play. The super league wouldn't have it all their way, I don't think.
-
Players do like playing for their countries though. It would make them think twice about who to sign for and could go a long way in undermining the ESL.
-
Imagine a PL in which the greedy 6 have left and we're bankrolled into becoming as strong as the teams in the mega league. We'd walk it every year and it would fucking stink.
-
If UEFA or the FA can prevent ESL players from representing their countries, that would be a massive pain in the arse for the money league.
-
It'd be nice if they could get a couple of commentators in to shit on every game. A bit like Jim Ross when he's doing AEW.
-
I don’t think anything will happen on the pitch. It would magnificent if the players take a stand though. I’d quite like to see the fans lob some turds in from outside too.

Depends how bright the lights are
